Me and some of my friends are even thinking about doing a Firefly Cosplay group for Gen Con next year. I've seen like the first 7 episodes and still need to finish watching the series and the movie. Don't forget that this is the season for Can't Stop The Serenity charity events, where you get to watch the movie "Serenity" on a big screen with other fans to raise money for Equality Now and sometimes local charities, as well. Hey guys and gals! I'm Jason.

I just wanted to say hello and how thrilled I am to see a Firefly group on Goodreads!

I've been a fan of Firefly since the DVDs were released. A friend showed me Out of Gas and I was hooked! I love the blend of science fiction and western elements. I love the characters and the classic Whedon humor.

For those interested, I'm working on a five-book series of novellas based very heavily on Firefly called Crash Wagon Book 1 of 5 is available on Kindle and will be available in print in a couple weeks. I'm working on the second draft of the second book, and the outline for the third book is complete.

It's written by a Browncoat, for Browncoats!
