God did not give Satan the power to create science. God doesn't want anything to do with Satan. He does not control Satan, he can but he chooses not to. Satan created science on his own.
If god believes, and thinks every word in the bible is the truth, like you do, and that it's okay to kill homosexuals, and that slavery is okay in some circumstances, then yes, I'd rather be in hell, because if you go by a scientific standpoint, After a certain point your body wouldn't feel pain, and I'd already be dead, so I'd do as I pleased, because you couldn't hurt me...

If we didn't experience trials, if we didn't have pain and loss than we would never truly learn. It's like keeping a baby from falling when they're trying to walk. If they don't fall they never learn how to balance themselves and will never be able to walk.

And as I said, everyone experiences different trials. Even if they go through the same thing it can mean something different to each of them. They aren't all the same - they're not robots. They all have different feelings and thoughts and emotions. Yes, they're experiencing the same physical thing. But the mental and emotional things can be completely different for each person.

Yes, in God's eyes homosexuality is "evil" just as all sin is, from lying to stealing to murdering. They all have different degrees of "evil" in them, but all sin is evil.

It can't be both ways. It can't be 'trials' that God gave us and be horrible sin that Hitler committed. Because doesn't that just make God exactly like Hitler?
