Oliver was laying in bed when Carol and Jakob walked in angrily. "We know you did it!" Jakob said with his face red from rage, Oli just shrugged in a neither confessing or denying motion. This seemed to fuel their anger to the point where Jakob had to leave the room so he didn't hit Oliver, Carol just shook her head "You could do so much more than this Oliver" she said before walking away. Even though everyone knew it was Oliver that sprayed the car but both Oli and Carol also knew that nothing linked him to the crime. Carol walked out shaking her head, Oliver rolled over and let her leave without another word.
Aria was curled up under the blankets, semi conscious and had been for quite some time. Hearing the door being throwing open and the loud voices of a male and female, Aria instantly thrashed her arms from out under the blankets and sat up, her body slightly trembling. Oliver. She heard the woman saying his name and figured out after a moment that they were probably talking about her car. Her heart pounded so loudly in her chest she could feel her heartbeat through her ears and it scared her. Her body trembled as she tried to regain control over her thoughts and emotions, watching them both leave after the lady had her last words and left. Aria lowered herself back down, her breathing heavy and trying everything she could to hold back a whimper.
For the first time in a long time, Oli didn't think about what he was doing. He quickly went over to Aria, "Woah, Aria are you ok?" he asked cautiously as he restrained himself from putting his hand on her shoulder. Deep down he actually was a gentlemen from his upbringing, he didn't show this side often though and Aria had no idea how lucky she was for him to have even asked how she was. He looked around awkwardly, not used to talking to people like this.

Aria turned over to face him as he came over. It wasnt something she was expecting. Everything in her life she wasnt expecting. How was she suppose to answer that? She was two different people, practically living double lives. On the outside she was a hardcore bitch, not afraid of everything and loving the feeling of being high and drunk, but deep down, where she wouldnt let anyone see, she was probably one of the most messed up people in the world, scared of the slightest sound in the middle of the night, nothing but memories running through her mind of the night her own dad raped her. She blinked for a second, snapping back into reality. She hadnt answered him yet, "...Yeah, I'm fine...." She murmured, "He just..." Scared me "I just wasnt expecting it..." She said to him. "Are you okay?" She wasnt really use to showing this side of her... The side where she actually talked rather then threw a punch at someone.
Oliver was startled, "yeah why wouldn't I be?" he replied, the confusion evident in his voice. He wasn't used to socialising with people so he often found it hard to understand them and why they did things. Oli was also straining his mind to figure out why she had asked him if HE was ok, surely she wasn't talking about the cops, right? But then again alot of people probably considered regular visits from the cops just slightly unusual, Oliver on the other hand thought it was wierd if they didn't show their faces at least weekly.
Aria shrugged as best as she possibly could considering she was laying down, "Just wondering," She said softly, biting down on her lip, "You should get some sleep, they'll do the rounds in a couple of minutes..... But thanks.... For checking on me." Her voice was flat, emotionless. But it was a completely different look on her face. It was one thing to be stoned in front of a male, or female for that matter, but the fact she was sober right now, made this whole situation even more awkward and difficult to deal with. Aria let out a soft sigh as she snuggled into her blankets and letting her eyes close followed by a single, silent tear that trickled slowly down her cheek as she prepared herself for yet another sleepness night.
"Well erm, night... I guess" Oli said awkwardly in his thick british accent as he went back to his bed. He knew he wouldn't sleep much tonight so he pretended to be asleep until some guy came in to check they were in bed. When he left Oli grabbed his guitar and put the strap over his shoulder and headed for the window, he sent a glance in Arias' direction before dropping down to the ground, landing with a quiet thud. Slowly, Oliver made his way further away from the building before sitting down and starting to play Sleeping with Sirens' accoustic for 'Stomach tied in knots.'
"Night." Aria said softly, knowing just as well he wasnt going to sleep anymore then she was. Her eyes followed him as he left the room, sighing softly. She stayed still the whole night, her eyes wide awake now that he was gone.S he didnt have to pretend anymore, even though she knew just as well she was always pretending. With everyone. But fuck telling people the truth. It was good, to feel strong for once, to be able to take drugs and feel like nothing was wrong, even though she knew when she returned to a normal state that wasnt stoned, she was weak again. The next morning, Aria pushed her blankets off of her, stood up and left the dorm to go to the bathroom to have a shower, then changed into jeans and a tank, before heading back to her room. She plastered makeup on her eyes to cover anything.((Hope you dont mind that I skipped (:))
Oli woke up sitting upright against a tree, at first he was confused but then he realised he must have fallen asleep when he finished playing. He grabbed his guitar and made his way back inside where he set his guitar on his bed. After grabbed his things he left to find a bathroom, he could see kids whispering as he passed and he knew that the rumours about him showing up in a cop car and then spray painting their car pink where probably flying around and being exaggerated a lot. When he was changed and ready he went back to the dorm and sat on his bed with a bored look.(( I don't mind, there wasn't anything else to do until Aria woke :) ))
((Hahah thanks (:))Aria was sitting at her desk in the corner, looking over at the door as Oli walked inside. "Hey." She said to him, getting off her chair and unlocking her draw with drugs and alcohol. She sighed softly, searching for another bottle of Zambuca. Only a little bit left and that was it. She would have to sneak out at night again and buy some more because that shit was amazing. She sat down on her bed, staring off at the door as she drank from the bottle without shame. hearing the breakfast bell ring, she flinched slightly but didnt get off the bed. She wasnt hungry. She couldnt remember the last time she actually WAS hungry.
Oli looked at her with vague interest, "You know I haven't seen you eat since I got here" he stated plainly. He yawned and started reading a book again, he wasn't really expecting her to answer him because he hadn't really asked her anything. From what he'd seen the food here was terrible so he was just planning to sneak out later and go get something to eat, plus he had also heard there was going to be party in town and he kinda wanted to crash it, usually Oliver stuck to himself instead of partying but every so often he go to someones house for a good night.
Aria looked over at him, raising a brow and shrugging, "Thats cause I dont eat." She mumbled, sighing softly as she took another swig of the alcohol. She and her friends had been invited to a party in town later tonight, so what better way to start the day then already getting drunk and high before walking into the house. She sighed softly again, knowing that soon classes would start and in order for her to get out of here without been watched, she'd have to attend them all. But it was a sacrifice she was willing to make in order to get out.
Oliver was perplexed, which wasn't that common theses days, "So you don't eat... like ever?" he asked her in his husky voice. One of the few things Oliver actually liked was food, he was honestly not sure how Aria went days with it. But then again he was a guy, maybe it was different for girls or something... Or maybe it was because she was usually to high to notice she was actually hungry.
Aria shrugged again, shaking her head, "Pretty much. Never eat," She bit her lip gently. Most of the time it was because she was smoking, high, or drunk and that took away her hunger levels, but there were days when she was sober she was just never, ever hungry. Three guesses why. Aria bit her lip a little harder, closing her eyes as she took yet another long gulp of the alcohol. She'd never really spoken this much to anyone here, not even her friends.
Oli threw himself back on his bed and stared at the roof, "I don't think I could do that, go with out food I mean" he said with an awkward shrug. He heard the bell for classes ring but he didn't move, he could be bothered with classes right now but he might go later if he gets bored. Even Oli surprised himself with how much he had spoken to Aria since getting here, they may not have spoken much but it was more then he usually spoke to someone without threatening them in someway.
Aria looked over at him, "You get use to it after the first couple of days, then it just kind of... slips your mind and you dont really see it as part of your daily routine." She shrugged, her eyes wide. She'd never said that much to one person in one go. It was.... weird, but kinda nice. She shook her head to snap back to reality. Hearing the bell, Aria shifted and pushed herself off her bed, grabbing her jack and putting it on since it was usually cold in the classrooms. "See ya later, I guess," She murmured, opening the door and walking out to class.
Oli waved as she left, after laying in bed a while he got bored and pulled out his sketch book. He glanced at the picture he began yesterday with disapproving, critical eyes. There was very little Oli took pride in anymore but he was a very picky artist, anything less then perfection wasn't enough. He looked around for inspiration and decided on what he would draw, after about an hour and half he looked at his paper with acceptance.(( Olivers' picture [one guess who it is xD]=

((Awh!!!!!! ARIA! :D So adorable! :D haha.))Aria sighed softly as she opened the door and stepped inside with a sigh. It had only been four hours of class, she still had another one and a half, but she couldnt take it anymore. Without fail, in every single one of her classes, someone had come in to talk to her and try to get her to stop her addictions and she just couldnt handle it. She let out a frustrated growl, slamming the door behind her and throwing herself onto her bed. Oh well, four hours of class would be enough for them to get off her back for tonight, she would sneak out and into the party and enjoy shots and marijuana, then be back in bed by 3 in the morning and they wouldnt even notice.

Oli looked up at Aria as she walked in and flipped the page to a picture he had previously drawn. "Seems like you had fun in classes today" He observed looking back at his book as he added a few lines here and there. He was going to need another sketch book soon, he had barely five pages left now. After packing his stuff way he looked at Aria "Are you going to that thing later... the party?" he asked her.
Aria looked over at him as he spoke, laying on her stomach with a sigh, "If thats what you wanna call it," she shrugged slightly with a sigh as she closed her eyes for a moment, focusing on her breathing. Her eyes flickered open and she nodded, "Yeah, one of my friends is the cousin of the host, so he invited us all. Why? Are you going too?" A small smile formed on her lips, it was the only highlight of being here. The parties. The loud music, the taste of alcohol and the freedom affects of drugs. Tight, short dresses for girls, make up plastered all on them and looking like sluts but no one judging them, because everyone else just looked like a slut too. No one backing down from hardcore drinking, just letting go and forgetting all your problems. if only life was always like that.

Oliver sighed and looked at Aria "Yeah I'm thinking I'll go, surprise the host... whoever that is" he said with a shrug. He sat up and stretched thinking about the last party he went to, let's just say there was a disagreement and now he has a restraining order against him. A humourless smirk played on his lips, the thing about Oli was that he stuck out at a party and you could tell he was bad news which is why a lot of people would avoid him, then again you would have a few guys that act all tough and think messing with him is fun. Those people usually regret that soon after making their mistake.

Aria smiled slightly at him, "James does love a surprise," A smirk formed on her lips for a moment before she rolled over and unlocked her draw, getting off her bed and grabbing a small bag she had in her suitcase for when she got there. Filling the bag with both alcohol and drugs, she slung it over her shoulder and walked to the door to make sure it was locked. The last thing Aria needed was for someone to walk in right now. She headed for the window, pushing it up and grabbing hold of the thick branch that had grown over towards their room, pulling herself up onto it and crawling towards the thicker coverage of leaves, bumping the bag in the middle, then swinging back into the room. One less thing to worry about. She pulled the window back down, unlocked the door and lay back on her bed. "So, about this party, do you wanna come with me and the others? Or you just gonna rock up whenever?"
Oliver put his hands behind his head and noticed Aria had gone out to the tree at the window for something, even though he noticed her leave his gaze remained on the ceiling. He shrugged in answer to her question, "I'll probably end up showing up later, but if I end up going I'll see you there I guess" Oli told her as he stood up. For some reason Oli felt like going for a walk, "I'll see you later... Aria" he said, his thickly accented voice hesitant, as he jumped from a high branch of the tree and landed in a crouched position. He looked at Aria one last time and sent her a wave before running of the school grounds at a steady speed.((Should we skip to the party?))
((Sure I shall start us off! :D))Aria hummed softly as she pulled out her mirror and sat at her desk, pulling out a small bag full of makeup. She applied a thick coating of mascara, both lengthening and volumising, followed by some eyeliner and her favourite shade of eye shadow. Sky blue. Aria slid on a tight black dress that clung to her curves nicely and her favourite pair of shinny black platform heels, at least 6 inch. Taking a deep breath and admiring her appearance in the mirror, she opened the door when she heard the knock, smiling at her friends, "Good to go?"
Tiffany grinned and nodded, as did Tyler, Alex and Cayla. "We're ready. Got the stuff?"
Aria nodded, "In the tree. Come on," She smiled, fluffing up her pillows so when the teachers did the second rounds they wouldnt suspect a thing. She got away with the first one, and hopefully she would now. Aria walked over to the window and grabbed a branch, pulling herself up higher to grab the back. Once the others were down, she dropped the bag down to them before carefully but quickly climbing to there level. The group of rebellious teens made there way to the venue, being greeted with heavy cheers and vodka shots on their arrival.
Oliver got dressed into his dark skinny jeans, plain black shirt and a nice jacket that he left undone, he made his way to the alleyway next to his school and got on his motorbike. As he neared the place the sound of his bike was barely heard over the blasting music and screaming teenagers. He pulled up and walked inside, receiving death glares from a few familiar faces from his old high school.((Sorry it's short :O ))

Aria was sprawled out on the couch, her head in Tyler's lap, giggling and taking shots after shots. Alex walked over to them, "Come on! I wanna dance!" The girl whined. Aria giggled at her friend, "Okay, okay, I'm coming!" she got off of Tyler, kissing his cheek and looking at the door when she saw it open from the corner of her eye. She smiled at Oliver and waved at him before being dragged onto the dance floor with Alex, the girls swaying their hips with the music.((its okay! Same here!))
Oliver waved back at Aria and got a grabbed a bottle of the cheap beer they hd stocked the party with. This James guy really knew how to throw a party, even if Oli didn't know him he had to at least give him that. He leant against the wall watching Aria dance with another girl, he thoughts were interrupted by some guy from his old high school... Tyler was it? Tyler put a hand on Olis' shoulder making his muscles tighten, "She's a babe hey?" he said in a drunken voice that infuriated Oliver, "By the end of the night I have had some fun with her to" he continued to slur not caring if Oliver replied but wanting to brag. Oli lost it and his fist was sent into Tylers' stomach, "You will no touch her, understand?" he said venomously as Tyler gripped his stomach and nodded before walking of slowly looking at if he was going to throw up. Very few people had seen the punch so Oliver went back over to get exactly what he needed right now, another drink.
Aria smiled at him then spun around back to Alex, giggling and dancing with her, not a problem in the world going through her mind right now. Everything was going perfectly fine. As she spun around, her back against Alex's her eyes landed on Tyler who had gone over to Oliver. She stopped dancing, watching closely with eyes wide when he punched him in the stomach. "I'll be right back, kay Alex?" She smiled at her before walking over to Oliver before he left. "Hey," she called to him, "What was that about?" She asked him. Did he know Tyler or something? Ty had never mentioned knowing someone by the name of Oliver, but the way Olie and Ty were acting, was like they had gone way back, but not in the 'we're best friends since grade one' kind of thing, but more like 'I kicked your ass once and I'll do it again." kind of way. Alex simply giggled and grabbed James hands, pulling him towards her and dancing widly as the loud music boomed in the house.
Oliver shrugged "Nothing you need to worry about" he told her dissmissively, trying to avoid sounding defensive and barely succeeding. He drank the last of his drink and put the cup down, he looked at Aria and noticed Tyler sticking his finger up at him behind them. Tyler was really pushing it tonight, he knew that Oli had anger issues and had been caught up in it before but obviously his logic was clouded. It was taking alot for Oli not to walk right over there and punch the fuck out of him, still he tried his best to ignore him and focus on something else.
Aria frowned as he spoke, "You just punched my friend and one of the most dangerous guys I know right in front of me, it kinda is something I need to worry about." Aria said to him in an irritated way. Tyler had once gotten into a punch up at another party and it wasnt good, people went insane and neighbours complained, getting police in involved and everything. Her and the others were almost caught by the head master and she sure as fuck was not going to let that happen again. This was what she needed right now, an escape from thinking and drama, not more caused because of Tyler and Oli.
Oli nearly smirked when she said Tyler was one of the most dangerous guys she knows but he figured now really wasn't the time. "Tyler is a fucking douchebag, end of story" he said stubbornly, there was no way she was getting the whole story... At least not from him. Generally he would have just ignored her but something about this girl practically forced him to answer, that probably didn't work in his favour right now.
Aria scoffed, rolling her eyes, "Fine." She muttered, turning around and walking back over to Alex and James. Honestly, that guy just needed to grow up. She smiled at the two, winking at Tyler when he came over to her and slung his arm around her shoulder, kissing her temple but still looking at Oliver, smirking as if to put the cherry on top of the current situation. Aria giggled and wrapped her arm around his back, leaning into him as he held her tightly, his arms snaking around her and pinning his chest to hers, chuckling down at her. Aria flinched slightly, but went along with it anyway. he did this all the time, but tonight it felt kind of... rough? forced even?
Oliver walked out of the room, not wanting to see anymore of Tylers' taunting. "Well fuck you too" he muttered as he walked towards a random girl, 'I just need to find a way to get her out of my head' he thought. "How about a dance?" he asked the girl with a rare charming tone coming to his voice, the girl giggled and took his hand nodding and waving to her smiling friends. They went back into the room and Oliver was constantly telling hiself 'Don't look at them, just don't!' Ok so maybe he was a little jealous, just a little bit.
Aria smiled up at Tyler with a soft giggle, but he only smirked more as Oliver left, "Oli aint got nothing on me, babe," He grinned, leaning down and capturing his lips roughly with hers. Aria's eyes widened and it took a moment for her to realise what was going on. She pulled back from him and slapped him across the face roughly, "Really Ty? You were going to use me to get to Oliver." She rolled her eyes and moved away from him, "I wish he punched you harder, and in the face." She muttered, grabbing another vodka shot from the passing lady with the tray in the expensive lingerie and headed outside, sighing softly as she sat down on the brick fence, watching the passing traffic. Tyler frowned, "Baby, come on!" He called to her, sighing as he turned to someone else.
Oli sighed and looked at the girl, "I gotta go" he yelled over the music. The girl pouted and said "Fine but give me your hand for a sec" she said writing her number on his hand with her name, Briana. He shrugged and walked out, he probably never would call her but he kinda felt bad about it. Oliver got on his bike and was about to leave until he saw Aria sitting by herself, he debated going over there but eneded up just sitting there on his bike like an idiot.(( Oli's bike=

((NICE BIKE! :D))Aria sighed softly, lowering herself down so she was laying on the bricks, staring up at the darkened sky, the only source of light being the shining stars. It reminded her of when she use to lay on the grass at night with her dad and watch the stars, "No. Dont think about it you stupid girl." She muttered to herself. But if she wasnt thinking about her dad, she was thinking about Tyler. Why was it that when she told Oliver that Ty was so dangerous, it didnt cross her mind that he would do something like this to her? he did it to heaps of other girls. Probably because she also said he was her friend. Pretty shit friend. She took in a deep breath, not noticing that Oliver had come outside. A drunken Alex walked outside to Aria, "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Aria!!!!!!!!!!" she giggled, grabbing her hand, "Come back inside, Tyler is getting angry in there cause your not with him to keep him relaxed," She giggled with a wink.
Aria frowned, "Just go back inside Al, I really dont feel like dealing with him right now." She mumbled, sitting up.
Alex nodded, "Okay sweetie, you dont mind if i take your position in his life do you?" She giggled, opening the door.
"Go ahead.' She mumbled.
Oliver finally went over to Aria, "Hey" he said awkwardly. He figured it would be better to sort everything out here rather than back at the dorm, "Why are you out here... Alone?" Oli asked her slowly. There was still an urge to go back in there and punch Tyler until he couldn't see straight, but luckily for Tyler and maybe a few others he was supressing his anger.
Aria quickly looked up as she heard someone speak, seeing Oliver. she bit her lip gently, "Hey," She murmured softly, sighing with a shrug, "Just needed some air, cant really deal with stuff going on in there." She said to him. Needed to get air before I really did something I regretted because of specific bastard who used me just for sex to get to you. She rubbed her arm gently, "What about you?" she asked him, not expecting him to really give her a response since he was so closed off, which she didnt blame him for being, she was pretty closed of too, but a bit of decent communication would be nice.
Oliver shrugged, "Was just about to leave" he told her with a sigh. He sat on the brick wall next to her but not extremely close either, she confused him so much. Imagine Oliver one day not caring about anyone or anything and then the next day a girl comes into the picture and suddenly he wants to hit a guy just for wanting her, he was still in slight denial that he actually did care regardless.
Aria looked up at him as he sat down. She bit her lip gently, "Look, I get that you just dont like talking to people... Or dont like talking to me.... I dont know what it is, but I get it," She murmured, "All I want to know is one thing. Tyler only used me to get to you, why?" She asked him, biting her lip a little harder, "What does he have against you? or on you?" she asked him. It really hurt, just to be used by one guy for get to another, and it pissed her off, all she wanted to know was why he did it. And Oli seemed likje he could shed a light on that.
Oli looked at the ground, nervous for the first time since he was younger, "He has you" he said still looking down and ignoring the part about him apparently not wanting to talk to her. "And after all these years of him trying to get to me, he finally has something he can use against me" Oli felt like hitting something, really hard. He wanted hit Tyler, really hard like enough to seriously injure him because it was his fault he was in this situation!

Aria shook her head, not understanding him, "He doesnt have me, not anymore. Not after what he did." She murmured, looking at him, "What do you mean? Are you saying he's using me against you?" Aria averted her gaze to the ground. What the hell was going on here, "Tyler never once mentioned someone called Oliver. Ever, not once in his life around me and Al, never. Why has he been trying to get to you?" this whole situation wasnt exactly what she had in mind for the party, but hey, at least Oliver was talking to her.
((Gotta go... Be back tomorrow though, It's getting late here :/))
