Do you watermark your PDF's? I now put the reviewers name watermarked in PDF's, that way if they do end up on these pirate sites you can trace back where they came from.
I'm sure if it came from a reviewer in this group, the mods would be very interested.
Big thing to remember as well, if you allow PDF downloads on smashwords then you have another place that can add to the ever growing pirating of books.

Hi Lorine,I think I've been a Goodreads member since 2014 when my novel "Experimenting With Murder" was first released. Since that time, I've been preoccupied with everything but marketing my book properly! Anyway, this year I'm changing all that. If there are problems with the book, I couldn't possible know it because I don't have any feedback to go on.
I'm not sure how you want the swap to go, but I popped over and took a peek at your book and I'm definitely interested. My book has about another month in the KDP program so it's only available on Amazon right now. Of course the published review would help, but I'm more interested in constructive feedback, even if that means sending you a .pdf document.

Each one contains several stories with a connecting thread for the ongoing story of the main characters. However, my books are puzzle-oriented rather than thrillers, so may not be the style you are looking for. Still, feel free to check my books and get in touch if you are interested in a trade.

In the past, I've done swaps with local authors so we're in the same area and have simply exchanged books. Since you and I are on opposite sides of North America, we obviously have to go through Amazon. Is there some special process for swaps or do we just order each other's books? In answer to your own question, the first in my series is To Catch an Actress. However, you might prefer to read the second (Black Tie Affair) as it has a story set in NY and you might enjoy seeing a Canadian's view of a first trip to your lovely city.
