I would agree with Elizabeth.

The book cover says "Savannah & Dad" though, I wonder if we should keep that as the main author and treat it like a pseudonym? Even if we split it up, neither "Savanah" or "Dad" would make a good author.

That's what it looks like was done: "Savannah & Dad" as a pen-name, and the two names that follow as actual names.

Seems ok (though not ideal) to me.
