Oh, the Weeping Angels are definitely the most freaky for me so far.. The Daleks, while awesome and all, aren't actually all that scary! I just think they're really cool and they talk like.. awesome things.

Ah, all of them. I like the Empty Child, and The Master and the Silence, and The Angels, and ah all of them!.
Well... I've always been afraid of the dark so DW didn't help that. But, now I know WHY I'm afraid of the dark. LOL My favorite enemy is def the Master. The scariest... actually, probably whatever that thing in Midnight was. The copycat thing. THAT EPISODE FREAKED ME OUT! I think Weeping Angels and Daleks are awesome. And I don't know what cubes are yet soooo...
Oh... and gas masks make me snicker now. I see one and I'm like "Are you my mommy?" to the nearest person. I CRACKED UP when Tennant did that in Poison Sky... or maybe it was the Sontaran Stratagem...
Most of them don't scare me, but any statues creep me out. The Silence don't scare me, but they are cool. The most scary was the Vashta Nerada.. Shadows creep me out majorly!
Especially when the doctor said that they're on many planets, and that sometimes you can see them in the sunlight.
I haven't gotten to the Silence yet sooooo...
Vashta Nerada are tied with the Weeping Angels for most freaking scary right now.
I just watched The Time of the Angels and Flesh and Stone, but I haven't gotten to The Angels Take Manhattan yet. Is it good?!

Watched Blink and then a few hours later the LIGHTS STARTED FLICKERING. I searched all around my room, and then it stopped. I was scared to DEATH.
But guess what? I FORGOT TO CHECK THE WINDOW!

hahahaAfter I watched Blink I would stop and stare at every single statue I passed on the streets to see whether it was moving.
The Master is quite an awesome villain.
He had that same Time Lord ill-placed humor and cocky attitude, but in an evil way. Despite him being a bad guy, I liked him until he hurt the TARDIS and made the Doctor a bajillion years old. NO ONE touches my Doctor or his ship. NO ONE.

The Daleks, the Weeping Angels, and the Master definitely are the best villains.
I had nightmares about the empty child Jamie being under my bed for weeks. I dreamt that when I set my foot down, he would grab my ankle and turn me into a gas-mask freak.
Daleks are scary and freaky and nasty, (view spoiler)[especially in their human form (hide spoiler)], but they only scare me in the daytime.
I can no longer go into a store that has stone statues.
A lot of them scare me.
