Amazon question -- Coming soon release listing? How to?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know how to get your book cover/synopsis posted on Amazon as a "coming soon" release? I noticed there are many coming out in April, May, etc., but couldn't figure out how to add my book for upcoming release.

As far as I'm aware that's only available to publishers.
