Sydney Mugerwa (corrosivemind) Wow! First person to actually put me in the twenties margin. I am a Dorian Gray. 25 and beardless. Tired of 'you look so young' comments. :)
Soooo...wink wink* I come off as that old? lol

Brittany Perry | 167 comments i'm just good at ages. I think it was the way you write. I loved that poem of yours

message 53: by Sydney (new)

Sydney Mugerwa (corrosivemind) What! Really. How would you tell from the way someone writes?
Ahh the 'poem' You know I wrote it as prose, until someone pointed out that if I arrange it line by line, it will be a poem. Well thanx for the appreciation.
I wrote it after I realised I loved all my exes even after we broke up and got new loves. Strange isn't it?

message 54: by Brittany (new)

Brittany Perry | 167 comments School age people tend to force the writing where as yours flowed naturally. Its not really that strange I loved one of my exes until I met my husband. lol that was strange he cheated on me with my friend but I missed the way things were

Sydney Mugerwa (corrosivemind) Lol, You would be surprised if I showed you something I wrote when I was a teen. I have my best poetic years behind me. I was damaged and felt emotions too vividly. I am becoming a happy giftless person, lol.
Ohhh my ex cheated on me too. we didn't talk for a year but one time we said hi and the friendship strengthened afresh. our bond was never broken

Brittany Perry | 167 comments I just can't go to that bridge. It's too painful. I wrote some of my best poetry in high school as well but I had the horrible task of running the poetry column at my school paper and let me tell you it was like having bamboo under my fingernails.

message 57: by Sydney (new)

Sydney Mugerwa (corrosivemind) Hahahah. was it hard? Why?
Before I finished highschool, we made a school magazine. I edited most of it myself. Sometimes I rewrote entire articles, but it was fun, something my former school would remember me by

message 58: by Brittany (new)

Brittany Perry | 167 comments which part the break up or the editing? In my school all people wanted to write was poemsthat were based on twilight

message 59: by Sydney (new)

Sydney Mugerwa (corrosivemind) hahaha.so funny. the editing must have been hard. i really don't know why everyone goes on about twilight. i tried watching it and it's so boring.

message 60: by Brittany (new)

Brittany Perry | 167 comments I know right. the author is really rude to her fans as well

message 61: by Sydney (new)

Sydney Mugerwa (corrosivemind) ahhh, is she? How is she rude?

who ever made the movie twilight should be terribly ashamed of themselves. they made everyone hate vampires. It's sad to me because one of my favorite book is about a human and vampire. It's called Vampire Kisses by Ellen Schreiber.

Brittany Perry | 167 comments To Sydney when asked why her male characters are "perfect" she replied in a know it all voice that she only likes really hot guys in her books. I'm sorry but that is just not realistic. Not everyone is hot. I like a book where the male character is good looking but has a scar across his face or back or something. I love men with scars yum. makes them more approachable too.

To Frost try Kissing Coffins

Hahahah. that's interesting. I got only 2 scars and the are not something you would notice as one is on my back, another on my shin. I hope that makes me approachable to you :)
But yeah, I understand, she made her work hard to relate with. Not my thing either.
I love Vampire Diaries instead :) though I hear it's related in a way
