Author name changes over series

Hello, Author Elizabeth Vaughan writes the Epic of Palins series featuring Red Gloves. There is a story from this world with this character in the anthology Chicks Kick Butt, however she wrote it under the name Elizabeth A. Vaughan. As a new librarian, I'm wondering if a correction needs to be made: should she have a new author page created for the Elizabeth A. Vaughan name? If yes, how then will the Chicks Kick Butt story be assimilated into the Epic of Palins story? Thank you!

Books can be added to a series even if by several authors. Can number or sort in series like any other book.

Only catch is that while series shows correctly on all books, the series is listed on primary author of first book in series only.

Depending on author name on original publication of the pseudonym-ed book, determines which author name (Elizabeth Vaughn or Elizabeth A. Vaughn) gets to be primary on the oddball series book. See librarian manual notes on pseudonyms.

If fits in between two other main works, for example book 3 and book 4 of a series, might be "book 4.5" — or might stay un-numbered but added to series. Some series have some stray books that are just same universe or characters but order not clear.
