I ended up reading

and it gets 21 points .

I don't know , but if you have seen the show , simply forget about the show and keep in mind that the only thing the books and show have in common are the names .
It'll be easier to understand what's going on.

I don't know..."
No worries... *gasp* I actually don't watch that show. I'm terrible at keeping up with TV shows...I'd rather be reading. Although isn't that the one that Joe Magienello (spelling??) one of the guys from Magic Mike is in...maybe I should watch old episodes on comcast just to see him,lol

1.Alexander Skarsgård
2.Joe Manganiello"
☺

shows/movies....never (rarely) as good as the book

I read Dead until Dark and finished on April 15. I gave it 4 *'s
I thought I was the only one who had never read any of these books. I love the show and didn't want to read the books because I knew they would be better than the show. I actually enjoyed it and since it's so different from the show I enjoyed it by itself, and not tempted to compare the 2.

Review:
After reading the last book and hating it , I'd washed my hand of the series .but I ended up picking yet another one for this challenge. and I'm not dissapointed ,this could be because I started reading expecting nothing good.It wasn't as good as the earlier books but it was enternaning and makes me want to read the next in the series. I liked all the new information about sookie's background and the reason her cousin and Dermont are staying with her . I'm really curious to know what she is going to do with that thing her grandmother left her.

This is the first one I have read. I have to admit to being slightly confused while reading but this was quite enjoyable. Makes me want to go back to read the others as well. Sookie is a very interesting character. I liked Quinn. Not sure of feelings for Eric and/or Bill (ok...*running for cover/ducking my head*). Wondering if Bob will ever not be a cat, lol. Looks like I just added another series to my list of TBR's.

Other than this I only found books with 5 points, either name or plot +cover

One of the books I read before the book wasn't set the whole time in the weeks setting. Dawn had said she'd take it if they spent at least a chapter in it. So you could ask in the general discussion thread about it.

:P I read all the sentences with Kansas in it , it seems the heroine used to live in Kansas so that's why it is mentioned a lot but nothing happens there. So I'll go with Bath tangle , my library has it on audio .This week is really hard

Just a heads up I'm like a chapter and 1/2 from finishing my last book. I hoped to finish in bed last night but I fell asleep and I planed to be done Friday night but I wasn't feeling 100% and spent most of the night in bed resting.

Review: They just get better and better. At Grave's End delivers as promised, it is intense, action packed. HOT! Humor filled, and heartbreaking. (Full Review: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...)

I have 2 books on hold at the library should hopefully have them by tomorrow we'll see which one holds my interest.
Westerns really aren't my thing unless it's Lorelei James cowboys.... *snickers*

yep - I love when they actually talk about books!! Especially when it is a genre I don't read. This was not an easy week.
I put Kitty's Big Trouble and In Cold Blood on hold at my library. I'm thinking it will probably be the Kitty book I go with

Review: There is just one word to describe this book: delightful I really enjoyed this one,it was my second Georgette heyer book .The characters are quite different from the nowadays characters in romance book. Both the H &H were kind of villain-ish ,they bad tempered, selfish and loved gossip. But I loved them!!!

Let me start off by saying this is so not my genre! For me westerns remind me of being grounded as a kid and having to stay in and watch them with my parents. Having said that, this book wasn't awful. I just flat out didn't care! My husband read it after I finished and he loved it and is going back to get other books by this author. If you like westerns you will probably really enjoy it, I just didn't get it.

I did enjoy this book but again was confused as I was reading a book out of order. I'm sure it will make more sense when I read it again once I get to that book ☺ Still Kitty books are always a fun ride

Review:
~~This is a review for the audiobook~~
I just love Harry Dresden "the pompous arrogant pretentious chauvinistic hopelessly old fashioned stupidly pig headed..." (as Murphy likes to say)
And for a powerful wizard he's a bit slow and figures out stuff late but not too late to be able to save the day.
I really enjoyed this one , I probably would have enjoyed it more if I was in a better mood . The mystery was pretty good I didn't figure out anything until Harry did. and I can't wait to get to the next one.
About the audiobook , I have to say it's horrible. The narrator is really good but just like the previous one it's like I'm sitting in his mouth listening , I could hear the tongue movements, saliva and every breath the narrator takes , I'm only hoping as the series progresses the quality of would improve .
I'm stuck with audiobooks for 2 reasons , my library only has them on audio and once I listen to a book on audio I can't switch to text for the next one in the series!
Overall a really fun read.

This was just ok...took me a long time to finish. I'm not always into historical books...anyone peeking at my shelves would say the same thing, lol. One of my neighbors had read it and thought I might like it. Picked it up due to this challenge probably sooner than I would have otherwise. Wasn't really my cuppa but that's ok.
