I liked that one!

I just came across this which looks like setting & name and I don't know if it has anything else. My computer locked up before I could look any more:

I checked with Dawn and if you use this cover It Had to Be You (Chicago Stars, #1) by Susan Elizabeth Phillips you can get cover points for the football (since Dan and Darlene toss around a football in the title sequence}

Mary X (marymaryalwayscontrary) eek looks like we are in last place. This is without the Gunsmoke book points being all added. Only 2 teams have finished that week.

I'll review my Gunsmoke book later. I need breakfast now and I'm kind of ruminating on my opinion.

I think I'm burned out on these kind of team challenges for now. This is like 3 back to back where there were so many things to match and points to worry about. Going to try and skip the next rounds of games like these to take a break. I think I would enjoy the game more if I did that. I'll just stick to easier ones that just require a wide-spread theme or cover color-easy stuff to match.

Love this idea for a game though.

~Leslie~ (akareadingmachine) Week 8 Roseanne 1988
In Rides Trouble (Black Knights, Inc., #2) by Julie Ann Walker
5/2/13 ***1/2 stars
I liked this 2nd installment in the series better than the first one. Less annoying writing and tighter story. Becky is the owner of the Bike shop that fronts the covert operation Frank runs. He thinks he's too old for her and has been avoiding her for 3 years. Becky is a feisty, fun heroine and is a good match for Frank. The storyline is a little thin, but it's a fun read.
Setting (Chicago) 6pts
Name(Becky) 5 pts
Total= 11 pts

Mary X (marymaryalwayscontrary) Roseanne

This Heart of Mine (Chicago Stars, #5) by Susan Elizabeth Phillips

Name: 5 (Dan)
Plot: 3 (dysfunctional family)
Setting:6 (Illinois)
Cover:2 (home)
Total: 16

3 stars

This was ok. I probably would have dropped it if I didn't need it for 2 team challenges. I just lost all respect for the heroine after her first sexual encounter with him. (view spoiler)
