Read Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith by Seth Grahame-Smith
Finished: 5/2/13
Rating: ★★

Review:
This wasn't for me and I was really excited to read it too. This is an alternate version of Lincoln's life from boyhood to death. I love history especially civil war era but I just got bored with this. Although the ending was nice and unexpected.

Jenne (jennetheinstigator) They're the same aren't they? The cover you posted is the kindle cover. I had high hopes for it too! I love civil war books but it was suppose to be halfa$$ believable and I just couldn't reconcile it with my image of Lincoln. Lots of people like it but it was just boring to me.

Jenne (jennetheinstigator) Lol I have never taken so long to read a book that's only 300 something odd pages. Oh well guess I know not to read his pride, prejudice and zombies now!

The Shining by Stephen King

It was amazing book and much better than the movie. You can really see the characters and their relationship with each other, plus the book was way more scary :)
