Dante watched Marie as her dimples showed when she grinned. Dante looked down, because he felt like he was blushing at how cute she looked. He hoped she didn't see the blush.

She did, tilting her head curiously. "Why are you blushing?" She asked.
Dante looked up sharply and then put a smirk on his face, he leaned forward and said," You look hot when your grinning and your dimples come out".
She looked down, her cheeks turning pink, not knowing how to respond.
Dante smiled slightly and then asked," Dear Marie, why are you blushing?". He raised his eyebrows at her questioningly.
Dante smiled slyly," Oh", was all he said. Because he didnt want to brag and make her feel even more uncomfortable than she already was.
She sighed, since she had been running all her life, she had never had any experience with boys, she was completely clueless.
"How long have you been running, Marie?", Dante asked, leaning forward slightly whole putting his elbows to his knees.
Dante looked at her with slightly shock on his face," Wow, that's a really long time". Dante probably would have given up.
"Then stop running", Dante looked at her softly, he shrugged and then looked away with a sigh.
"No. " she said flatly, she would never stop running and give up her freedom like that.
Dante smirked as he saw her pride get in the way of her sense," You know I can help, but obviously you don't believe me".
"Of cause I don't believe you, your a deamon" she said.
Dante laughed and leaned forward," So? My species doesn't effect who I am and who I work for; the good guys". He sighed and looked away, then looked back," If I wanted to kill you I could have done it by now".
"You don't know my powers, I barely know them. If I needed to protect myself you wouldn't stand a chance. "
Dante glared at her blankly," I mean when you were asleep, genius. I could easily do something then, almighty Marie".
Dante rolled his eyes and then sighed. He leaned forward and said sweetly," Skyler, come here". Then Skyler prowled towards him slowly and lifted her head to his hand, purring.
She sighed, watching, her head on the pillow.
Dante kept stroking Skyler but then looked up at Marie. "Where's your parents?", he asked softly. She couldn't be running away by herself, could she?
"Dead, they weren't like me, they were human" she said sadly.
Dante was lost for words, he didnt really know what to say except," What happened to them?", then he rushed out," You don't have to tell me, you can tell me to shut up any time".
"It's alright, I may as well tell you. I'm 368 years old, when I was in my hometown, when I wasn't running and only just discovering what I was, I was accused of being a witch, which meant I was to be killed.
((Sorry, wasn't finished, one sec))
"I managed I escape, my parents told me to run, I did. I came back a few years later and found out the king had ordered my parents to be killed for helping me escape"
Dante shook his head in disapproval at the humans and the suffering that they had caused a family. "I'm sorry", he said, because he didnt know what else to say. Should he say anymore or just leave it as it was?
"It's fine, long time ago" she said softly.
But it still must affect her, Dante thought. He stared at her for a while until he finally had the will power to turn away.
She sighed and lay back down in the bed, with all the teddies and blankets and pillows.
Dante slouched in the seat and sighed, but then he smiled slightly when Skyler went to Marie and pulled the covers off with her teeth.
She pouted. "Now I'm cold" she replied, talking to her as if she was a human.
Skyler purred slightly and then placed her head on the bed. Dante just laughed and shook his head," She always does as she pleases".
Se smiled softly and stroked her head, her fur was so soft.
Skyler purred and rubbed against her hand, begging for more. Dante just laughed at how sappy she was now, she was never like that, except with Dante.
She smiled and patted the bed for her to sit next to her.
Skyler jumped up slightly and landed on the bed swiftly, she prowled towards Marie and lay next to her. Dante leaned forward and laughed," Skyler, you really like her huh?".
She hugged her softy, stroking her.
Dante laughed slightly at how Skyler beckoned to Marie's call, like she loved her or something. Skyler purred. "She really really likes you, I can feel her emotions so I know what she's feeling for you", Dante said.
She grinned. "Well I like you too little cutie" she smiled, talking to Skyler.
Dante laughed and rolled his eyes slight. Whereas Skyler purred and rubbed her head against Marie's hand, wanting more pet talk and soothing.
She giggled her melodious laugh, stroking her more, saying things like. "Who's a good girl"
Dante rolled his eyes slightly and then let his head fall back on the seat. "Your petting will make her a big headed little animal", Dante said softly. In reply ,Skyler growled slightly at him.
She giggled, "aww, leave her alone, she deserves to be petted"
Dante laughed and then said," Yeah right, see this one", he pointed to Skyler," Shes a rebellious one". He remembered when he first got Skyler, he was ten and he loved her with all his heart. He still did.
She giggled, "awh, I wished I could have seen her as a little cub"
"She was a cute one", Dante smiled while he looked at Skyler who just flicked her tongue and kept flicking her tail.
