Her dad opened the door, half drunk half upset. Without a word, he stormed upstairs again. Raven was still unconscious, her breathing soft sgainst the hard ground.

Dante rushed upstairs and pushed Ravens dad out of the way. Dante banged on Ravens door and tried to open it, but it was locked. "Raven!", he shouted softly.
Raven didn't answer, she was unconscious and her head hurt. Dante? she tried to say.
Dante tried to push and bang himself against Ravens bed room door. He hit himself against it numerous amounts of times until he could finally hear it breaking. "Raven! Listen to my voice! Don't close your eyes", Dante shouted.
Raven sighed as darkness embraced her. She kinda liked this feeling. It made her numb, like she was asleep. She was still bleeding badly, but barely noticed it.
(( where is she bleeding from again?))Dante kicked the door and threw his weight on it, until finally the door banged open to reveal Raven lying on the floor. She was almost unconscious. Dante quickly went to her and held her head in his lap, he slapped a face gently to try and wake her.
((Chest, shoulder , arms, head lol))Raven frowned and opened her eyes. "Dante?" She asked ina weak voice. She felt herself slipping away again. She breathed in deeply and closed her eyes again.
Everything was an explosion of red, all he could see on her clothes and skin were blood. Dante pushed hair away from her face and smiled down at her softly, tears in his eyes," Hey Raven, try to stay awake okay?". Then he turned to ravens father with a vicious glare," Don't stand around! Call an ambulance!".
Raven just gave a slight nod, talking was too hard. She let out a shaky breath. She felt herself slipping away, and it was hard to stay there. She slowly slipped back.John just stood there, totally shocked. He blinked and then moved to the phone, calling an ambulance when he gained his senses.
Dante took off his jacket as he saw Ravens eyes shut slowly, he wrapped it around her and then he held her close, in his arms. Body heat was what she needed right now. "Raven", Dante said slowly and softly," Don't close your eyes".
Raven breathed in slowly. "I can't," she managed to get out before closing her eyes and letting darkness embrace her.
Dante cursed under his breathe and then said," Raven!", he shook her and shook her. But nothing, she was unconscious. Dante looked back at her father and said demandingly," Have you rang them!? Where are they?".
John opened his mouth to speak but you already heard the siren. The amulance stopped at the house. Raven was in a weird daze, but she kinda liked it. It was peaceful. No pain.
Dante finally heard the siren at the front of the house. He sighed in relief but looked down at Raven, she was starting to get pale. Then he looked over at her father and said sternly," Go! Go open the door!".
John ran down and opened the door, telling them to go upstairs. "My daughter," he managed to get out. He was still a bit drunk. They moved upstairs and looked at Dante and then at Raven and all the blood. One of them carried her downstairs without a second thought, and moved her onto a brancard.
Dante watched them take Raven away without hesitation. He got up quickly and followed them down, pushing anything that got in his way if he needed. He stopped at the ambulance car and watched them as they placed her in carefully.
Raven mumbled Dante's name. She could feel.his presence in the distance and wanted him close. "Are you a relative?" One of them asked Dante.
Dante looked at the guy and then looked at Raven. "No I'm her boyfriend", he lied. Then he started to blush in his cheeks slightly.Dante! This is not the time to be acting all girly and mushy, he thought to himself.
"Okay, you can come with us, is that her father?" he asked, and the two men looked at eachother, exchanging a look. They went into the ambulance and didn't wait for him, since they had obviously seen that he was drunk. When Dante was in, they drove to the hospital.
Dante held Ravens hand and stared down at her. God, he hoped she would be fine. Please. He kissed her hand softly. But then watched as the paramedics put a injection in her arm and then put oxygen in her mouth with the mask.
((Want to skip until she waked up?))Raven relaxed a little. She didn't know what was going on, but she felt a little better. The darkness was still overwhelming, but almost made her numb to any pain.
(( yeah sure))Dante sat in the chair next to Ravens bed, needles were sticking out of her and her breathing was steady. But she hadnt woken up yet. Dantes eyes were hurting from the bright light that was starting to sting his eyes, he had been staring at it for an hour now.
Ravens lashes fluttered against her skin as she blinked, trying to open her eyes. It worked after a moment, but the bright light hurt her eyes. She breathed out, still in a bit of a daze. "Where am I?" she thought out load. Was she dead?
Her voice. Dante jumped up from his seat and went to her, he smiled down at her and said softly," Your in hospital. But you're getting better, don't worry". He moved her hair away from her face and kissed her forehead softly.
Raven blinked and then saw him. She smiled a genuine smile, although her whole body hurt. "I am?" she asked slowly, not really remembering what happened. She blinked again when he kissed her forehead. "Are you mad at me?"
Dante stood near her protectively and then said softly," I'm not made now. I was though". He placed his hands in his pockets but smiled at her gently. "Do you remember what happened, Raven?".
Raven bit her lip and shook her head slightly. "No.. I can't remember. I remember that everything went black and I couldn't feel anything anymore.." she trailed off.
Dante sighed slightly and then looked away, if she didnt remember he would ask her dad. Dante looked down at her and said," Well don't worry now. The doctors said you are already getting better. How do you feel?".
"Weird," she laughed softly. "It feels like I'm numb to any feeling," she told him, looking up at him. "Don't you have more important stuff to do? I mean, I'll probably be fine, I always will be."
Dantes mouth fell open and his eyes popped in shock, he walked away from her until he was away from her bed. He shook his head and laughed bitterly," Raven, you don't understand do you? I'm here because I want to be, not because I need to be".
Raven bit her lip. "No. I don't," she said honestly. She couldn't believe how someone could care about her. She didn't think anyone did.
Dante looked at her quickly and stared at her, filled with sympathy. He then sighed and said,"I don't really know what else will convince you".
Raven held back tears. "I'm sorry," she said again. "I keep making you mad.. I'm sorry."
Dantes eyes widened sadly and his lips parted. He rushed to her and held her in his arms,"No", he said softly," No you don't. I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at the situation you are in".
Raven closed her eyes as she rested her head against his chest. It felt good to be in his embrace. "I can't remember," she whispered, feeling a few tears slip away.
Dante held her close, placing his arm around her and the his other hand on the back of her head. He kissed her forehead and said," I think it's better that you don't". Who knows how she would react? Who knows what the whole situation could be?
Raven breathed in deeply and then looked up at him, meeting his gaze. She blinked, her eyes sad. She then felt something she had never felt before in his presence. She realised something.
Dante looked back at her softly yet intensely. Maybe this was the movie moment that was bound to happened with these two. Something inside him felt warm, and his heart jumper slightly at how she was looking at him.
Raven was surprised at how he looked at her. So soft. So intense. She couldn't hold back. She leaned in a bit and then softly pressed her lips against his.
Dante was shocked at first, but then smiled within the kiss and kiss her back, soft and gentle. He placed his hand on the side of her face.
Raven brought one hand to the crook of his neck and pulled him a little closer, kissing him softly. She immediately loved kissing him.
Dante smiled as she kissed her, the way she immediately wanted more was exactly how he felt. He loved kissing her, he loved being so close to her. He loved the feeling of her lips against his. He placed both hands on either side of her face, keeping her in place.
Raven kissed him softly and then smiled at the way he held her. Did this mean he cared for her as much as she cared for him? Because she did, a lot.
Dante didnt know if she was kissing him because it was in the moment or simple because she liked him. But he continued to kiss her softly. He slowly pulled away and leaned his forehead against hers.
Raven breathed in softly and closed her eyes. "Dante?"he asked hesitantly, still locked in his embrace. She didn't want to pull away.
Dante still had his forehead against hers with his eyes closed, "Hmm?", he asked softly. He wondered what she was going to say. He was glad the kiss had happened and that she had done it.
"Do you... Do you like me?" she asked hesitantly, biting her lip as she was still in his embrace. He wasn't pulling back, and she hoped that was a sign.
Dantes eyes widened slightly, but then he relaxed and smiled. "How could you ask me that question? Isn't it obvious?". He let out a soft laugh and then looked at her, deep into her eyes," I do like you".
Raven looked at him while he said that and smiled sligthly. "I like you too. A lot," she said softly, looking back into his eyes.
Dante smiled brightly, he was caught up in the moment and actually happy about this situation that was happening. "I like you too, a lot, Raven", he grinned at her.
