Lys (lysrowan) Hahaha! I read this all today. Once I started, it was hard to stop.
It was ... hi-larious. That's drawn out, like, Firefly Jayne style.

I want to talk about it with someone.
Anyone else reading it>?

message 3: by Lys (new) - rated it 3 stars

Lys (lysrowan) Eh, 3.5.
I'm pretty harsh with my stars though.
It was funny and steamy. I wouldn't call it amazing, but it was good.

message 4: by Lys (new) - rated it 3 stars

Lys (lysrowan) Yay! Yes I hope to have them all posted tonight. I needed to flip through all of the books. :)

I'll be reading it later this week Alyssia. I'll discuss with you then :)

Katie Dronenburg | 83 comments I read this book in just a couple days. I agree with you Alyssia it was hard to stop reading. The book was good for the most part. It definitely not my favorite but I will be reading the sequel.

I do not mind a good love triangle - but I am not so sure about twins - seems wrong somehow...

Not my favorite either, but fun.

I had reservations too. I would say, keep reading past the part where it seems horribly offensive ... it'll be ok.

50% - I'm liking this so much more than I thought I would. I was just writing last night that I'm not a fan of a book with more than one first person pov chapters - and this one has three. But it works. I like Olivia. She isn't a perfect little Mary Sue. But she doesn't pity herself either. Though the author does make her a little too good to be true. And I like Nash and Cash - the names though.. really? I want a happy ending... for all three...

Not going to lie.. that's kind of creepy! I'd be insulted for either - and both - guys.
Cash is pulling ahead of Nash for me though.

85% - Okay. I have gotten to the big moment. (view spoiler)

If you were Olivia would you forgive Cash?
Do you think Cash should have forgiven Olivia?

message 13: by Lys (new) - rated it 3 stars

Lys (lysrowan) Personally I find Olivia more reprehensible than Cash.
But they were both wrong. And I guess there's something flattering in her attraction.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

I definitely felt worse for Cash. I really did. When... (view spoiler) And I felt so bad for him. You can also tell later when he tells her the secret that he's always been jealous of Nash. Must have been hard on him. I actually love the twist. I just think the reason was weak. In my opinion. But Cash? Cash I love.

message 15: by Lys (new) - rated it 3 stars

Lys (lysrowan) Yeah, I liked Cash a lot too.
And I think that the outward reason was flimsy, like you said. (view spoiler)

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

True. (view spoiler) I hadn't really planned on reading the second book but I wonder if she goes into more detail on what happend. And why it happened.

message 17: by Lys (new) - rated it 3 stars

Lys (lysrowan) I don't know about the second book either. It looks very crime oriented, and I'm not terribly interested. But this one was a lot better than I expected. So maybe.

Stephanie I read this last month and I really enjoyed it! It was funny and had the right amount of hott moments! Plus the twist was great! --Kind of seen it coming, but still enjoyable.
