David Santos (authordas) | 41 comments Yea. I find my bedroom to be too distracting. I'd prefer the basement, where technology can't distract me. Even a library if it were still around.

Gemma Newey (gemmanewey) | 19 comments Most definitely, I find that I can let the words flow better if I am somewhere I am least likely to be distracted but at the same time I need something in the background.

I enjoy writing in pubs, a different room in the house I'm not usually in or in a cafe. I find background noise keeps me my mind focused on what I'm doing!

Yes.

Ann Lawrence (annlawrence) | 2 comments I think that the place is not what matters to me but my laptop. I've found I can't sit at a desk and write.

Roy (mplwdscribe) | 9 comments I can and do write anywhere and everywhere. I own a very handsome writing desk which perhaps is the place where I've done the least amount of writing.

Julie Day | 14 comments For wriiing my main projects it is important. I have to write at a table sitting down so I am like at a desk. And it has be quiet with no distractions. For small pieces such as letters I can write in a notebook sitting in my armchair. I don't mind distraction when writing letters as they only take a minute or two to jot down.
