I forgot to mention that I also like fiction books about timetravel.
Jennifer, My book is not in the genres you are looking for, but I would be very interested in any young graphic novels you review. My 9yr old daughter struggles greatly with traditionally written books, but thrives reading graphic novels due to the way the words & pictures are broken up. She is a huge fan of the Amulet, Vol. 1: The Stonekeeper series! Is that similar to what you're looking for? I will definitely follow your blog and see what you come across!
I just checked and that book is currently on my to read shelf. While I don't know when I will get a chance to read it based on the fact that I get most of my books from the library.While I will have a blog post of my favorite graphic novels and why I like them, as far as any major reviewing goes I am looking to review other self published or new authors that will allow me to use small parts of their books in their blogs.
So far for graphic novels a few of my favorites have been, the graphic novel version of Jack Londons Call of the Wild, Laika, Lions, Tigers and Bears, Peach Fuzz, The Warriors and Seekers graphic novels by Erin Hunter and others.
There are also the graphic novels known as manga which are basically books that are read from right to left instead of the regular way of reading books. If she doesn't mind reading the books this way I have found manga series such as Dragon Drive, Beet the Vandal Buster, Kingdom Hearts (a few book series with all new stories based around the worlds of Disney), and the books based off The Legend of Zelda games to be highly entertaining. I also really like a manga series called Inubaka: Crazy for Dogs but she would be a little young for it as the series was written for teens.
I am still in the process of organizing my Goodreads shelves so it may be a while before I have my list and make my post.
I like nonfiction only if it is about an animal, as well as comic books, graphic novels, and manga that are in the same subjects as listed above. My favorite types of stories usually fall into the categories of Action, Adventure, Action/Adventure, and Humor. I will only read comic books, graphic novels, and manga that are for ages 13 or younger.
The final type of book I like is humor. In humor I read books about funny poems, funny laws, funny signs, ads, newspaper headings, as well as joke books.

I can accept PDFs of books, or ePub. I like to read books from the iBookstore to read on my iPod which does not support the requirements for the Kindle app, but I do also download Kindle books. I don't yet have an ereader so I don't like to read Kindle as I only have the computer app.

My second post compares the similarities and differences in books I have read and leads up to my fourth post that compares my books to my favorite works by others. My third post was the first part of a free story I wrote. My next post is going to be called: Familiars and Real Life Animal Teachers and will talk about animals in both fiction and nonfiction books.
Many of my blog posts will be personal stories that I have decided to share, and may in some way help other authors. The goal of my blog is mostly to entertain.
One other thing I should mention is that if you visit and decide to follow my blog, I follow back only blogs I am interested in. I don't follow just because I am being followed and won't follow people just to get a follow back.
