I think everything is going to work out Guys. :P :)

I think it's too early to start the discussion for 4hww as it's not really due to be read til the weekend and its only tuesday/wednesday at the moment.
The reason we/I want a moderator or for Phil to be active is to keep order and tidy up the forums when/if things start getting messy and jumbled which always happen if there is noone to monitor. Besides I joined this club to hear Phil's opinions and interpretations of the books we've been reading which hasn't really been happening. I thought that this would be more interactive, they way that movie club is.

(Edit- I see now the end date for it. But it's still not too soon to start it! Phil hasn't started a discussion thread since week 1.)
Aaron, there are 2 reasons I didn't read it. One is I am buy reading literature and am generally not very interested in self-help-type books. Maybe more relevantly, I am in school for a PhD and plan on being a professor, so it's not like I plan on working a normal 9-to-5 40-hour work week anyways. But I'm starting a thread about it because I'd love to see what you and others have to say about it!

I loled at this xD. He really does enjoy doing movie club over book club xD. It's whatever though, I think the nation should just keep it moving and just share ideas among ourselves.
How many people read the Sparrow? I haven't. I had never heard of it before this club and it's failed to appear on any "suggested reading" lists I've looked over. So why has it been chosen? I'm just wondering how all this is supposed to work.
Secondly. There are five books in the "list" so far, but only four on the bookshelf...and the Sparrow is the one missing, so that's confusing.
Also, I think I checked this page a while back and "The 4-Hour Workweek" was on the bookshelf...but now it's not. I've purchased and read it (AND IT WAS AMAZING!) for this club, and I don't regret having spent time on it but I'm just wondering if it will be "reassigned" later on or if it was just a fluke. Or am I going crazy and it was never there to begin with?
Also, why is it taking so long to create a more advanced version of the reading list? There have been a ton of suggestions (if I'm not mistaken) and it seems like it would be fairly easy to just add the next couple of books to the bookshelf for assigned reading.
And lastly, I feel like there's a kind of a lack of Phil here...he just doesn't seem very involved in the conversation...or am I just expecting too much or not looking in the right places? I dunno.
Once again, I'm very new to this whole "book club" thing, and goodreads, and even reading as a hobby. But I'm excited about this and want it to be as awesome as possible. You guys have inspired me to read almost 7 books in this month alone! :D
If you could help answer some of these questions, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.
