Ohwofasa the world deadless weopan will it ever be put to use due to his state?

Daniel No. It is not the world's deadliest weapon, for the simple reason that you always have to put more energy in than you get out. If you weaponised all the antimatter Cern has ever produced, you'd get enough to light a small light bulb. Get your facts right.

Bhavesh Mehta But fundamentally even Stephen Hawkins have proposed the idea that Equal amount of Antimatter and Matter must have been produced from Big Bang. Though we have not discovered it yet. :P

Ohwofasa they have only produced a few cos they cannot contain it@Daniel
@bhavesh, u know dat once there is an outspread of disease the first thing u do is to quarantine, am a physicist and i can tell u dat the element we have in the periodic is not all there are still more that ve been discovered are are not there because they ve not been proven. in all go to CERN WORLD

Ben Wade To Bhavesh. They are now thinking that there is a break in supersymmetry so that there was less antimatter produced than regular matter.

Huda Sarkowi antimatter is the costliest material to make. Why wasting so much money and resources to turn it into weapons when there's other cheaper options out there on the market?

I too was skeptical on this topic..... but yeah the theory of creation of Matter and Antimatter at the same time from Big Band was a theory that fascinated me for a long time. Will give CERN WORLD a sure read. Thnx

Shubham The reason why it can't be put to use commercially is it is very risky. There is immeasurable risk involved in the just the production (if ever the production will be possible after offsetting the staggering costs involved..) and mass production of anti-matter is very difficult.

Stephen Hawking correctly said that there was same amount of matter & anti-matter produced and is still being produced, but obviously we can't find it since we'll be annihilated with the slightest interaction.

Ohwofasa True, note sometimes u don't ve to seek to knw more, cos it. Might cos ur own distraction
