Stefanos, it is Goodreads policy to combine books translated into another language with their original.
The ratings and reviews are cached on the book page. In a couple days, you will see all of them properly, regardless of which edition you are viewing.
The ratings and reviews are cached on the book page. In a couple days, you will see all of them properly, regardless of which edition you are viewing.

Most Goodreads users are aware of this and are familiar with the "Other Editions" box in the top right where they will be able to see that there is an English edition.
When two books are combined the reviews do merge together so they can all be seen on each specific editions of the book. This takes some time to update - caching on Goodreads is anywhere from 24-72 hours, but after that time the most popular reviews from both editions should show. Reviews can also be filtered (on the left under the "Community Reviews" header) to "this edition" so that English speaking readers can filter only reviews for the English edition (which will likely also be in English).
In short, once the page has updated itself it shouldn't cause much confusion. :)
ETA: Yeah, crossposting!
After a merging request, I found out that the english version of my book (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...) appears as another version of my Greek (original) book. (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...)
However, this led to a couple of problems, since the books and their descriptions etc are in two different languages. This will only but confuse non-Greek readers, who may try to look for the english version and get the greek one coming up (as it happened to me). Apart from that, I can't even see now the reviews/ratings in English, but only in Greek for both of the books.
So, I would like to ask if you could, please, separate them so that they appear as two different books.
Thank you in advance!
