"ok, thanks!!"

[Ellen]

Ella walks over to an empty table, and leaves her bag on the seat next to her.

[Stephanie]

Calypso gets some celestial salad and sits next to Ella. "how long were you at MOA?" Calypso asks.

[Ellen]

"Only about 3 months" Ella admits, picking at her necatroni.

[Stephanie]

"How do you like MOA?" says Calypso while she eats her salad.

[Ellen]

"Once you get past the mean kids; Ares, Medusa, Poseidon, it's really great. The teachers are so...teachy!" Ella exclaims.

[Stephanie]

Calypso giggles.

[Ellen]

"How long have you been here?" Ella asks

[Stephanie]

"I've been here for about 2 years, though some times it's just me and my scrolls, alone"

[Stephanie]

" What class do you have after lunch?"

[Ellen]

"Well, if you feel alone, you can send me one of those breeze messages! I might not be able to respond though, I haven't figured out the whole rhyming/magic thing yet..."

[Stephanie]

Calypso giggles me too. "I like hanging out with you. What class do you have now?"

[Ellen]

"I think I have...let me check my schedule," Ella takes out a piece of parchment from her bag, "Oh no..."

[Stephanie]

"what do you have?" asks Calpyso.

[Ellen]

"I have it written down as 'Beast-Ology with Professor Ladon in the forest'." Ella sighs, "That can't be good!"

[Stephanie]

"Please don't get hurt! That would be terrible!"

[Ellen]

"Hurt?" Ella's eyes get wide, "You mean there's real monsters?"

[Stephanie]

"yes there is. Oh no! I forgot I have to study for my test! I have to go! See you later." Calypso runs out of the cafeteria.

[Ellen]

Ella picks up her tray and slides the remaining scraps into the compost/trash/recycling bin. Then she strolls out of the cafeteria, worried about the Beast-Ology class.

Kirsten walked in, playing with her long brown hair as she grabbed an apple and sat down at a table, flicking her knife out and slicing it

Shy walked into the cafeteria, looking down, as usual.
She sat down at the nlend of a table that was vacant except for a girl slicing an apple with a knife.

Kirsten glanced at Shy and flashed her perfect white teeth in a grin, it would be practically impossible to tell that she was a mortal.

Shy smiled back, not revealing any teeth.
She was a bit surprised that the girl had even looked at her.

Kirsten slid down the table spinning her knife and putting it in her boot, "Hey!" she said to Shy .

Shy smiled politely. "Hello." She put down the book she was reading.

"I'm Kirsten!" she said bubbly, and twirled her hair around her finger.

Shy took a nervous glance around to see if anyone was watching. No one, as usual.
"My name's Shy."
