1) Click on the author's name to show all interviews posted within that author's folder. Generally, each interview is posted as a separate topic. Only the latest or most active interview topic is displayed by default to save page real estate since we have so many author folders.
2) Alongside the author's folder is a small triangle icon, which can be clicked to expand or minimize the folder.
