Book unlinked from author profile

Hi,

I've had my novel up here for a while and it was linked to my author profile, but it seems to have become unlinked from it, and it's no longer showing up on my author profile and my author profile doesn't show up as a link on the novel's page. When I try to claim I wrote it using the link on the novel page it tells me I already have an author profile.

Please can someone help me with this?
