Echo took off her sweatshirt and laid it on them, it wasnt a blanket, but it was something. She walked out of the igloo and sat outside

Echo sat outside and listened, hearing nothing

"Sooey for it being cold" snow said smileing

Echo stood up and walked around the igloo, taking in their surroundings

There were old, rusted swingsets by them, a worn down slide and what looked like used to be a tire swing that was now broken on the ground. Echo turned to her right and saw woods.

Echo walks over to the tire swing and tries to fix it, attaching the chains back to the top of the structure

Echo fixes the tire swing and tests it, making sure it wont collapse

[Maddy]

Echo walks back to the igloo and listens for anything suspicous

[Maddy]

Echo hears Karana and Scott laughing and smiles. She enters the igloo and invites them outside

"Look guys, its a tire swing." Echo show them it

[Maddy]

Echo smiles and says, "Ya, a tire swing. Its like a swing, but there is a tire on it, that you sit on." she lifts Karana up and gently sits her on it with Scott

Gem laid up against the wall not asleep. She tried closing one eye and then the other to test her vision. She couldn't see anything.

Echo pushed the kids on the tireswing, her mind worried about gem

"Gem can you see anything?" Ask sly and Snow at the same thime

Echo made them go higher, glad they were having fun

Next, Echo genlty spun them in the swing

Echo smiled and made them go around in giant circles

Echo continued to push them in different ways

Echo smiled and spun them fast. "Hang on!" she warned

[Maddy]

Echo keeps spinning them, faster

[Maddy]

Echo stoped them, "Was that fun?!" she asked while smiling

[Maddy]

Echo chuckles, "Wanna go again or try to grab something to eat in the igloo?"

[Maddy]

"Ok, lets go see what we can find in the igloo. I might have some food left over in my bag." Echo helps both of them off the swing

Gem hears footsteps and she stiffens.

Echo enters the igloo and sees Gem. "Gem?"

She relaxes but is instantly frustrated that she couldn't see if there was any danger or protect her flock even though it was only Echo. "Yea?" Gem responds to Echo.

"Any better?" Echo asks. She led Karana and Scott to a different part of the igloo so she could talk to Gem. She went down and sat next to her

"Nope." She said trying to hide her disappointment.

[Maddy]

Echo sighed and hugged Gem. "Its ok. It will get better." she stressed the word will

[Maddy]

Echo heard Ivie growl in pain and said to Gem, "I'll be right back." she stood up and walked to Ivie

Gem nodded and ran her hands over the cold floor in little circles.

[Maddy]

Echo walked over to Ivie and said some reassuring things to her before returning back to Gem. She sat down next to her, put an arm around her shoulder and said, "How are you doing? I know how you must feel right now."

Snow woke up rubbing her eyes

Echo sat next to Gem, "It'll be ok. We will get through this together, like we always have."

Gem nodded and put on a brave smile. "yea, we will."

Echo was glad Gem was trying to tough it out. She put an arm around her shoulder

Gem pursed her lips in thought. "Echo, if my sight doesn't come back..." she paused and licked her lips and sat up straighter. "If my sight doesn't come back, you know it wouldn't be right for me to be leader with you anymore right? It would put everyone in harms way."

[Maddy]

"No," Echo refused stubornly. "You will remain leader and your sight will come back." she says harshly without meaning to

((yep:)you've been gone so long that you didn't even know that she got injected with something in a hospital that they were captured in and she had a bad reaction and couldn't see. We currently don't know if she will get it back. You should be ashamed of yourself mister:p sorry for the lecture....I just felt it to be the right thing to do there:)))

Gem took a deep breath, "You know that I love being leader but I wouldn't want to hold you back or put you guys in harms way. You know I'd never forgive myself for that because you don't know for sure that I'll get it back."
