Gem rummaged around the garbage. All this food made her mouth water but she refused to eat until the whole flock received it as well. Grabbing a slightly ripped take-out bag, she and Alex stuffed the food and drinks that looked the most edible into it. She also found a little plastic doll still in its wrapping and decided to save it for Karana.

rosey flew along her stomic growled "ugh when will Gem and Alex be back?"

Alex saw a guy rob a women and told Gem to stay there. She then walked over a took all of his recently acquired money. "Thanks" she mummbled under her breath and headed over to Gem. It wasnt a lot but it was something. "Ditch the trash we're getting real food," she said to her and walked to the supermarket.

Making a face, Gem reluctantly walked to the supermarket with Alex. "let's get this over with so we can back already."she growls.

"For now. But that's not what I'm worried about." She let herself freefall for a few seconds but shot back up to where Alex was after feeling the adrenaline course through her veins.

As soon as Alex found a group of people she flew down close to them almost touchhing their heads.

Gem shook her head to herself and stopped down out of the humans' line of vision. She walked up behind their screaming headheads and said"wow, that's a great eagle there." They turned around to look at her and Alex was out of their sight. She knew the people bought it when they mumbled confirmations of what she said and nodded their heads. She walked behind a building and took off after Alex."what the neck was that?"She hissed to Alex when she caught up to her.

"That," Alex said annoyed, "Was you ruining my fun!" She took off ahead looking into Gem's mind and saw she was ticked off.
