Now that Ivie was taken care of, sorta, Echo turned her attention back to Karana. She turned her attention back to the black spot on Karana's wrist
"Karana," echo started, "Do you know whats going on? Did you get bit by something?" she asked

Echo turned to Gabby, "I have never seen this, I think she may have been bit by something. Either that or it has to do with the white coats.." she trailed on.. thinking
"Its ok Karana, just hold on, everythings going to be ok sweetie.." said Echo
Alex heard something so she groanded and pulled in her wings wincing again at the pain. She walked over to the van where everyone was crowding. "Whats going oon? You guys can be heard a mile away!"
"Alex! Come quick, its Karana. We have no idea whats happening to her..."
Alex ran pushing past the flock. "Oh my god!" She said gripping tightly to the suv, "Those jerks!"
"Not her too!" Alex fell to the ground.
"Karana, hold on sweetie, its all going to be ok. Keep breathing, its ok..." Echo put her hands in her head and thought. It must have something to do with something in her blood. She thought of something that she didnt even want to think about, Karana might just have to go to a hosiptal... they were desprate and needed help
"I know what we have to do..." Alex wispered so no one could here her clearly.
"Ok thats it. Everyone get in the car. NOW!" said Echo, she placed Karana back into her seat, buckled her up, and before she closed the door, kissed her on the top of the head..
"Where are we going?" Alex asked from the ground.
"Hospital," mumbled Echo as she hopped into the drivers seat
"Not... going.... to..... help....." Alex said in peices.
"Whats wrong, Alex. Do you have a better idea,"Echo asked, she was concerned
"No.. not better." Alex started shaking her blood became cold.
"What is it!" she shouted, she didn't mean to, she was kinda stressed...
"When I broke out the same things happened to mme. The school planted a virus in Karana and-a-a-and now we have to go back so they van save her." Alex looked up. "We have to go to the school.
"WHAT! There has to be something else we cant do! A hospital, yes, a hospital. Certainly they can fix her, right!" Echo asked, wide eyed
Alex shook her head. "I was origonally brought there. They cant help..."

"Thats it, I can't take this. I can't believe I'm saying this, but we need to take Karana to the school... Now, all of us don't need to go. I'll take Karana, please don't argue..." said Echo. Suddenly there was a sharp pain in her head. She let out a muffled scream, everyone started to fade away. Images, she saw images, Echo had a hard time making out everything, Karana, blood, more images.
"No," Alex said at Echo, "Ive breaken out twice and I have the experience with the disease. She turned at looked at her. "Whats wrong!"
Just when she thought she was going to die, everything stoped. It was as if it never happened. Echo looked around and found herself sitting against the car, coated in sweat. There was no pain, only the images of Karana, blood and numbers.... "I'm fine, just give me a minute," she said thinking about what just happened. It was like pieces to a puzzle. It all flooded into her head, she saw Karana covered in blood, dead. they had an hour, 2 hours at most to stop the thing on her wrist from killing her. She turned to Alex and explained the whole thing, everything she saw. "If your going then I'm comming with you."
"They inject you with something," Alex shrugged, "I had the same thing I dont remember everything."
"Fine. Thats ok." Alex said amazed at what had happened. We have to go soon. Ill carry her first."
"We need to go now, it will be faster if we fly. No, I'll carry Karana for a bit, with your wing still stiff. You wanna stuff a bunch of food into a bag?" asked Echo, already gently picking Karana up. Right now she didn't care if Alex wanted to act all tough and resist help, if her wing was still tight and stiff, she could drop Karana. Echo thought she would carry her just for a little while, while Alex losened up her wings
Alex frowned but said sure. "If you have another one of those flashes hand me Karana." She moved to grab food.
"Ok, I honestly dont know what that was...." she trailed off, ready to take flight with Karana
Alex shrugged her sholders. "Over here theres some woods. We can start there.
"Ok," she turned to the rest of the flock and gave them each a hug. Echo isnt the most touch-y-feel-y kind of people, and headed off to the woods
They walked for about 5 minutes and then Alex stopped. "Here," she said taking her wings out wincing at the pain.

Alex took off after her yelping in pain at first back ignoring the pain.

"we should keep moving, you know what happens when we stay in one place for too long." Gem said then she turned to ivie who was screaming about erasers. Gem scoped the area quickly and found nothing. "It's okay ivie, there are no erasers." then she turned to zach and said quietly, "we need to get her to a hospital and check her head out."
Rosey walked up to Gem "why is Ivie acking so werid?"
Echo flew back toward Colorado, with Karana, whose spot on her wrist was growing bigger
"So, I think we were driving for about an hour. So flying, if we keep a good constant speed, should take us 45minutes?" Echo asked Alex
Alex did the math in her head, "No shorter if we go faster."
"Ok, sounds good." Echo said and flew a bit faster
"WHAT!?! WERE?!?" rosey cried started then she relaxed reliseing that it was just one of her hallucinations "will you stop it with these hallu... halu... what ever they're called!"
