"Annabeth!" he yelled over the monster's roars. "Look!"
Percy shouldn't have done that because when Annabeth looked over, the monster's claws scratched her side.
Annabeth's screams made Percy's hand clench and unclench Riptide.
(following Sarah's idea, maybe Selene (one of her domains is nursing) or Philia can find them?)

Percy felt torn. On one hand, if he didn't kill the monster, it might literally bite him back but he didn't want to leave Annabeth either to bleed to death...

"I'm sorry Annabeth but..." Percy scooped up Annabeth and set her down behind some boulders. It would have been easier if Annabeth hadn't tried to break his grip and help him fight but you do what you can for your girlfriend who might die from loss of blood, he thought.

(don't know... maybe unseen force (Philia) defeats the monster when it looks like Percy is going to loose -> they both black out and the IM is lost -> outside the Temple of Forgotten -> meeting Philia and those gods/goddesses?)

Percy swung at it's legs, and rolled away to dodged another attack. But as he did that, the monster hit him and he fell forward. Then the monster started to pound him with it's fist and kicked him. "PERCY!" Annebeth yelled as Percy hit a tree. Percy's vision started to go black, and so was Annebeth's. Then, just out of the blue, there was a screech coming from the monster, and it evaporated into dust.
(me? That was awesome!!! :))
Percy's last thoughts as he floated into a peaceful black oblivion were 1.) what was that? and 2.) I hope that tree wasn't a dryad who wants to now seek revenge on me.

Rachel was extremely anxious when she saw two of her best friends black out in a random forest. When the Iris message dissipated into the air, Rachel was already looking for another drachma in her pocket to try to contact them. The campers just stood around the lake, looking at Chiron for orders.

"Do not fear, demigods, we will find them, but let's get back to our daily activities now. We have a camp that needs help," Chiron announced. And with that, everyone, including Chiron, was off.
Rachel was about to go to when she saw a dark shadow skim the edge of the woods. A shadow with dazed eyes that looked like Nico di Angelo.

(Well Chiron might say that, but i agree with you. he might say something like: don't just stand there! we got a camp to protect people! go back to your posts![no he wouldn't but if i were him, then yes, but he might say something like that but in Chiron words])
