Do all of the flocks have a big plot going? I'm wondering if it will be easier to join one already there or create my own.

Yes most of them have their own thing going on. But, they can meet up with each other at any time.

Right now, it would be easier to join a flock because then you'd have to wait to make one.

Is it ok if we make a character that is not in a Flock at all?

You could, I guess. Though it is not recommended. Its not exactly as cool or easy rping someone thats not in a flock. Its best to have them apart a flock

White coats, non-avian mutants, and non-mutants:)
