Can A mod make me a new flock? I already have all the embers for it. It needs to be called the Alt. Refuge Flock. It's a part of the refuge flock but we need a new thread for this.

Open flocks are Sombra, Maximum Flight, Eclipse, and Crescent. Those are a few off the top of my head, if you want you can check out the official posts of flocks.

This is a bit confusing, if some one makes a charrie for the Alternate refugee flock and labels them as an evil mutant then they can be in the flock.
