It doesn't seem to exist, anywhere. No kindle, no paperback, no library copies.

I have a copy. A friend gave it to me. And then by chance, another friend of mine is actually friends with the author...!I just noticed it is available from booktopia:

I should rephrase, I can't find it anywhere stateside. Booktopia will ship to Chicago for $38.50!
Hmmm.. well I guess asking my friend where she got this copy from won't help either! lolI guess all you can do is contact the publishers and ask them if they are distributing it in the US. Is there a reason you are interested in the book? It is definently worth reading, but not for $38.50 in shipping :)
