Léandre Chasseor | 27 comments Good day.

I am... Well, I am French. That's one thing. I am not saying this because of any trait of chauvinism nor am I trying to make a big deal out of it. I am just pointing out that English is not my first language, maybe so that you would excuse some of my future mistakes.

Well, what am I doing here exactly since I find my linguistic skills so unsure? If I am not ready to write in English on a forum, how can I write a bloody book? For starters: it's a novella, not a novel. Second of all: I was given some support.

Well, enough with the charades, I am 23 years old, I intend to become a primary school teacher (possibly to teach abroad), and I am here to self-promote that little book called "The barbarian Knight" that is now available in the kindle store (www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BJVECP8/). It is available on every Sunday for five week, starting tomorrow (23rd Feb, 2d Mar, etc.). You can also give an opinion here.

Don't hesitate to ask anything while it's nor personal, he he! and thank you for reading this!

Léandre Chasseor.

Geoff (G. Robbins) (merda constat variat altitudo) (snibborg) | 8204 comments An interesting concept, Léandre. I've downloaded it because I'm intrigued with idea that a book can grow as the readers respond to it.

Good luck with the experiment.

Léandre Chasseor | 27 comments Thank you very much for your interest Geoff. It is even more enjoyable since I read a few minutes back some very harsh comments about my endeavour.

Please, feel free to give your honest opinion about the story and the characters, even if you didn't like them.

Geoff (G. Robbins) (merda constat variat altitudo) (snibborg) | 8204 comments What an interesting first part. I look forward to reading more.

Léandre Chasseor | 27 comments Thanks Geoff! Part III still has to be proof-read and Part IV written, then I will upload the text again.

The update doesn't seem quite as simple as I thought (I have to give notice to Amazon via mail).

Once the text is available, you will know!

PS: If you care to, you can follow the Facebook page "Indoctus".

Geoff (G. Robbins) (merda constat variat altitudo) (snibborg) | 8204 comments Yeuk, Facebook! Ask Patti what I think of Facebook.

Léandre Chasseor | 27 comments Well, we probably have a similar feeling about Facebook in general to be honest with you. It is however very helpful in my current situation, believe it or not.

No, I do believe it and am currently looking at integrating into my business model. However, I find it incredibly 'bitty' and difficult to navigate.

I'd like to say it's a product of age (It probably is!) but my daughter feels much the same about it. But, it works as a marketing medium, it seems.

Léandre Chasseor | 27 comments I am not very good at marketing, but if I were, I would probably make the most of it indeed. For the moment I am merely trying to understand how it all works.

I am 23 and used to computers but I am still too much of a newbie on facebook to make a proper use of it.

Lorraine Versini (lorraineversini) | 8438 comments My problem with facebook is that it changes every few months, and they take away all the stuff that you've just got used to ! I'm a creature of habit, take away my routine and I'm completely lost !
