two listings of one of my books

This book is listed twice, once without the cover image but with review and comments by goodread members and once with cover. How can I remove the one without the proper cover but transfer the review and comments to the correct listing?

I don't see any duplicates on your author profile, could you link to the books in question?

The extra one is a hardback. I've combined it with the paperback and will add a cover.
