(@Chris - When my daughter was young I potty trained in the summer. I let her run around in a dress with no diaper. When she had nothing to go in, she used the toilet. Then I praised her like crazy. Worked for us. Good luck!)

(@Chris, Summer is a good time like Kristie said. Or there are all sorts of bribes...smarties, stickers, stamp etc. I had the most luck by being more stubborn than the child. He sat on the potty every 30 mins until he was peeing, and got lots of praise. Other than they will figure out when they're ready. Good Luck!)
