Hi Fran, I finished my second pick this month! I loved My Summer of Wes! Thank you for picking it and giving me a push to read it.Are we starting Frog now?

Yay! So glad you loved MSoW! I started Frog today because Sass and Breann posted comments all weekend in the Buddy Read thread that made me want to start it! I really like it so far. Start whenever you can and I will wait to chat about it when you are done.

I won't finish today, but should tomorrow!
Breann wrote: "MK, you're going to have a sugar high going from MSoW to Frog. Both such sweet romances ;)"Definitely!
I finished my first pick for this month, Life Lessons, and I loved it - can't wait to get to the rest of the series. Thanks for the great recommendation, Brandilyn!
Penney, I managed to hold out
until March. I finished it on Sunday and it was a lovely addition to the series. As in the previous books, it's not much of a mystery but how Eve ties the knots. There was a lot of LOL moments and smiley moments too. In short, I loved it. I can't wait for the next book!
I finished Love Slave for Two: Reunions that Carla picked for me - unfortunately, I think the long delay between the last one and this one kind of ruined it for me - her writing felt really chunky and it was just blah...I gave it 2 stars
Hey Breann,I finished
this morning and adored it! You have chosen two of my favorite m/m books these last few PIFM months- thank you! I am reading another of your picks for me now,
and plan on getting to at least two more,
and
. I want to get to every single book on your list for me, it might take me awhile though. So many books, so little time!
Glad you liked Frog! Another one I might want to buy so I can reread. You must get to A Reason to Believe, it was fantastic!
Breann wrote: "Glad you liked Frog! Another one I might want to buy so I can reread. You must get to A Reason to Believe, it was fantastic!"I will! That one might have to wait a week or so. I borrowed another one from BN I need to get to plus a few others for the random book list challenge. There just isn't enough time in the day for everything I want to read, LOL.
Breann wrote: "Lets not mention how many borrows I have in my email right now... :)"The pressure to read it within the two weeks, it makes me crazy sometimes!
Hi Fran, I finished Frog (my third pick) this morning and loved it! Sooooo sweet! I have several others queued up, but need to get to a few for the monthly challenge first and then there are the other challenges.... ~sigh~
Kat,I'm so glad you loved it- me too! If you are interested in reading The Lonely in the future, it dropped down to .99 on Amazon. I loved it and Tara Brown will be joining us at Ask An Author in April. It's dark though, be warned, kinda twisted but I couldn't put it down!

Off to check it out... You are killing me with all these wonderful distractions!!
Ashley wrote: "Thanks for the picks.I would love to do a buddy read with you. I own the book so just name the day. "
GREAT! I'm not sure if you are one to read more than one book at a time, so whenever you get a chance let me know and I'd love to start.
Sassafrass wrote: "Hi Valerie ~Varuca~ I'm planning on reading A Reason To Believetomorrow. Are you up for a BR?"Don't forget this is our MM buddy read this month :) I haven't started it yet, but I'm sure the thread has been started...
I finished my first pick A Shimmer of Angels. It was pretty good and I gave it four stars. I didn't like the protagonist a whole lot. I was liking her better towards the end. The story was good but she is weak. I much prefer a stronger female character. But since it is the beginning of the series, I imagine her character will grow stronger.
Nadine wrote: "Ty I am starting mystery man I can't wait two of my friends told me about the the different books by KA that they enjoyed and this was top of their list. I'm up for a buddy read let me know when yo..."Amy and I have set up a thread for a buddy read of
if you would like to join us. Here is the link Mystery Man Buddy Read We will be starting it on the 10th. Happy for you to join us.
I finished my second pick,
. It was ok, interesting setting, 1867 Japan. The insta-love was a little hard to believe in this one, with one man being American and one a Japanese Samurai warrior.

Lacy, I finished
and enjoyed it. I had a few issues here and there but it was a good solid three star read for me. Thanks for the push!
Hi Erin. I finished my first book,
, the other day. I know you picked this from my TBR shelf - I liked it, but it didn't blow me out of the water. It was all first person POV which feels a bit unrounded to me. But thanks for helping me knock that one off!I'm just about to start
now :)
Nadine wrote: "Ty I finished Too today it was set during the winter...lol good read I have it 4 stars"Was that the Gio book? I was thinking of adding the first in the series to my TBR. Somehow, I resisted. Maybe I was mentally strong that day. :D
Glad you liked it!

That is good to hear! =)
I just put in for it at the library. I figured if I got you to read it, I should finally read it myself!
Hi Dawn,I just finished The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie and really enjoyed it. I couldn't put it down at first but found that it kind of lulled at the end. Anyways, thanks for the pick.
I'm gonna read Play by Play next.
Ty yes I was taking about the Gio book....darn spell check...lol I had read Noah which was the first book in the series last month so thank you for putting Gio on your list of picks I really enjoyed it. I am reading a book that wasn't picked for me right now because it is the 8th book in a series that I have been reading and I had preordered and woke up yesterday to find it on my kindle...love little surprised like that...lol..I should be done with it tomorrow and then I'll be ready to start another pick. looking forward to our buddy read.
Dee wrote: "I finished Love Slave for Two: Reunions that Carla picked for me - unfortunately, I think the long delay between the last one and this one kind of ruined it for me - her writing felt really chunky ..."Oh, that's too bad. Hope that your next book is better.
finished my first PIFM a couple days ago, Liquid Lies. It was... interesting. Certainly a different premise. The couple was pretty lukewarm to me and thus, no connection. Ah well.
Hi Ruby,I finished
today. It was an okay book. Nothing special but a fun quick story. Thanks for the pick!
Ty wrote: "finished my first PIFM a couple days ago, Liquid Lies. It was... interesting. Certainly a different premise. The couple was pretty lukewarm to me and thus, no connection. Ah well."I felt the same way Ty - she could have done soo much but it was ehhh...

GREAT! I'm not sure if you are one to read more than one boo..."
Sure let's start reading!
PamI finished the second pick
.I know, it was in my TBR but I didn't really like it - not fond of this kind of humor I suppose
GiGi-I finished my first pick-
I gave it a 4 star rating. I intend to read the 2nd book and the 3rd when it is published.
Karen --Finished up Cowboy Casanova today. Definitely not my favorite of the bunch, but then, BDSM isn't really my thing. Still, not bad. 3 stars. :)
I finished my fourth pick, and I"m not done yet! Fran, I loved A Reason To Believe - it was soooo good!
