Power: She control her solidity. In other words, she can become so solid that bullets bounce off harmlessly, and she can knock you out with an easy punch, or flames slip right off of her shiny skin. She can also become holographic in a sense; objects pass through her, she can walk through walls, etc. When she is in her "ghost phase", she has a shimmering quality to her.
She can also project this ability through touch. For example: She holds hands with another girl, and they can walk through walls together until Phantom lets go.
Weapon(s): Brass knuckles. She uses punches and kicks; that's all the girl needs.
Position/Occupation: Highest ranked soldier beneath the general. Leader of the rebellion group with her friend.
Skills: She has insanely fast reflexes, making it nearly impossible to catch her with a punch. She is always alert, listening for strange noises. She catches the smallest details in people and rooms, often over-analyzing situations and uncovering secrets that are latent. She thinks things through before jumping in. She is also a natural leader.
Appearance:
Sam has long brown hair that reaches her lower back. She rarely takes the time to do her hair, a ponytail sufficing when she means business. She has a focused face with smooth lightly tanned skin. Framed by long dark eyelashes, her blue/grey eyes are very serious and captivating, often making her look like a cold person. Her large pink lips are set into a permanent and thoughtful frown.
She is tall at 6'0 and very fit. She holds an air of confidence in her relaxed posture. She has a muscled build, but it is barely noticeable until it's too late. She wears jeans, sneakers, and a tank top under a black sweatshirt.
Personality: She is loyal and faithful to those who treat her well. She is confident and a natural born leader. She is serious and doesn't understand normal emotions, appearing as a stickler. She may be a little late to laugh at a joke, or she may not laugh at all, not realizing one has been told.
She is kind and cares about others before her job. She does what she is told when it is a command from a higher-up, unless it puts her sparse friends in danger.
She is on the line between tom boy and girly girl. She has more boyish tendencies, but she can milk her girlish charm like no other. She is a mild perfectionist.
History: Phantom's childhood was full of "You can't do that"s and "You're too puny to make a difference"s. She wanted to prove them wrong more than anything. She was a curious little girl, always noticing things others didn't. She grew up in lunar poverty, appreciating a few crumbs for a good dinner. There was a lot of gang violence in her neighborhood, and they loved to pick on her in particular. She tried to fight back, but after she figured out it was futile, she began to watch them and their fighting styles. She quickly figured out where their weaknesses lied, exposing them when she attacked.
The gang was furious for her victory, so they ransacked her house to exact revenge. They beat her mother until she was nearly dead, and frightened her little brother until he was an empty shaking shell. She fought back with a burning passion in the street; no matter how small her 8-year-old muscles were, a piece of metal still smarted when hit in the correct place on a guy.
Just her luck, one of the main generals of the lunar army was watching the entire time. Impressed by her determination and techniques, he promised to give her mother and brother better care in the richer neighborhoods if she joined the army. It wasn't much of a choice by the greedy gleam in his eyes, but she hesitantly agreed. With two final hugs, she waved goodbye to her small, crying, and loving family.
Phantom never knew what happened to them after that day; all she could do was trust in the man's promise. She was the youngest recruit into the army ever to have been brought in, the stares she received making it obvious to her.
Right when she was brought in, she was put through the brainwashing process. Her small brain was too busy soaking in the details to be affected by their process. She was whisked away to training, and with her determination to please the general, no one suspected she was "awake".
She never realized the others were brainwashed, thinking they were just as focused at getting better as she was.
She trained without powers for a while, getting angrier and angrier every time she went to bed with bruises. Her perfectionism was getting to her, so she trained harder. She was ruthless to those she practiced on, her detail noticing helping her to an extreme.
At ten years old she received her powers. She began listening to others secretly, getting to know them by sticking an ear to the wall. A boy once caught her spying, one her age. They began to talk, and soon became really good friends. They trained together, spending every waking second in each others presence. They were so close that they were like siblings.
When they were 13, he told her about how he remembered stuff others didn't, explaining that the brainwashing didn't work on him. She finally understood that only a select few made it through without it working on them. They began to discover that the queen had evil intentions for her military, so the two created a rebellious group.
They continued training, acting as though they were mindless soldiers like the rest. Slowly they began recruiting more for their group, and the rumors began spreading. He is Phantom's only friend, but she hopes to make more.

Appearance: As you might have guessed from her nickname, she is has a willowy figure. Similar to her twin, she is tall, but instead of lean and thin, she is graceful in her built. Her eyes are a light brown color and sometimes look bright in the light. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oDe6DA0-_Do...
Personality: She is more mellow than her brother, but she still had a sense of humor and can speak her mind. Chelsea likes to find how thinks work, which adds to her role as a friend. She is kind, caring, and happy, and she likes to set things right when she finds out how things work. Occasionally, it seems like she's too realistic, but she usually gets over it quickly with the help of her brother's whimsy.
History: Similar to her twin brother, Chelsea was raised in a upper-middle class family. She attended an all girls private school, but she learned the "manly" subject of science on her free time from reading. Her parents don't approve her choice in occupation, preferring to breed her to marry someone who would add to the wealth of their family. Chelsea finished school (more like left school to pursue science) at the age of 16, after her brother was drafted. She hasn't been an intern long, but she knows the basics.

For the names, we would prefer that you use Nicknames, ones you would acquire through traits in personality or your powers. For example: Scar, Twiggy, Ash, Stripes. Things of that nature.
Note that when a number dies, the newest recruit replaces them and is given the same number.
