I could picture this one as a sector of the city. It's not my fave, but I could imagine it as a chunk of the city.

I don't find it dirty. In fact, I find it a great candidate for the picture. It just...strikes me. It's futuristic while still maintaining a familiar edge--the little boy holding the robot's hand. That's great. I think you find it dirty because of the colors used, but you have to remember it's subterranean, not supposed to be vivid.

Lawl, this one just screams trouble to me. A sleuth up to no good. And yeah, poor sector seems like a decent fit. It actually reminds me of factories, for some reason too.

This one hits me as...Malevolent. Sinister. Maybe it's the bat. But I could totally imagine magic happening beyond those walls. And maybe that's a problem. Not alien enough.

This one, however, seems very alien/futuristic to me. I really wish the sun wasn't there. But we could say artificial light exists, the allusion of the sun. Ooh, or!--Maybe that's the core of the moon and the inhabitants derive some sort of energy from it. Maybe something horrible happens if that ball of energy dies. Maybe that's why they go from world to world, destroying and taking--to feed their little sun.

I can see how you'd view this one as a machine, but to me, it just looks like an aerial perspective. We shouldn't define 'city' in linear terms.

This one strikes me as alien life. There's something...creepy about it. Strange. I think it's a good option to consider.

Yeah, I'm thinking it'll be segmented off like in London. Upper East Side, Mayfair District..I hope you know what I mean, cause I feel too lazy to explain since I don't know the exact names.

Yeah, I was about to delete the bat one from the list when I realized, we could tie it into the energy ball thing. Cause it looks like gases of similar stuff are emerging from the buildings. Then again, it really might be too gothic...

Okay, I'll just omit the actual names of the places...I'm not sure if it still exists, but I know for certain it was like this in Victorian London. Take a mental picture of London. Draw an X to the North. That was where the aristocrats lived. X to the South. There, the poor and urchins. West, the entertainment district. E, factories...Get it now?

I think the only reason we can give not to delete this one, is how we define our society. Will it be futuristic in the sense that there are white walls, robots, machines that talk, etc? Or just that science is bettered, that it's pretty much the same world with few alterations. So how we define our society. Lawl, I'm actually gonna delete the picture itself. But we do need to figure out the depth of the society.
