Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments Hundreds. What about beastiality? Necrophilia? I can go on and on. Why aren't THOSE acceptable, "equality fighters", huh? Why are YOUR sexualities important and special? Smh.

Grace (sweetiepie1000) | 1185 comments I get it now. Thx

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments If you think LGBTQIA is okay, then what's wrong with the others? They aren't hurting anyone. What's wrong with love? These are all things LGBTQIA say, and I'm just tossing it back at them. Hypocrites.

Grace (sweetiepie1000) | 1185 comments Its wrong and gross.

message 105: by Sam (new)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments It's a very valid point. If you think sexual orientations other than heterosexuality is acceptable, you should be accepting of ALL the other sexualities that don't infringe on anyone else's rights. It's illogical to decide for yourself which are "acceptable for society".

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments :) I hope to make everyone question their beliefs. It's the only way to be an open-minded, grounded member of society. Never accept beliefs just because people say them. People should think about it and decide for themselves. Check yourself. Think. Rethink. Rethink again.

basically....there r more and more types of sins

Melissa Corn ~bubbles bubbles bubbles~ | 520 comments Yes there really is not different between gay marriage and the other sorts of "marriage": sibling marriage, polygamy, child brides, some guy marrying his daughter etc. The argument for all of these things is essentially the same as the argument for homosexual marriage: "It's only love and you have no business in butting into someone's private life." If the gays can use that argument then I don't see why these people can't either.

sigh that makes sense

Jennah (strawberryblonde) Our beliefs should ONLY be based on the Bible and what God's Word says. It shouldn't be on what people say and people's rules. We have to constantly and constanly ask ourselves is this right in the eyes of God? Would God want me to do this? Would God want me to say this? Would God want me to see this? Would God want me to listen to this? Would God want me to wear this? Would God even do this Himself?

You are right. I was thinking of instances in which murder, etc. has been committed, and the defendant has been accused of a "hate crime".

Absolutely right, Sam! Your arguments are always so well thought-out and logical. :)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments Thank you! I must say, you are very strong at arguing as well :) I've got to come up with a reply on politics at some point. Maybe when I've got more time!

message 115: by Tessa (new)

Tessa | 89 comments A reply on politics...isn't that what we're all searching for? :P Seriously, though, I've really appreciated how you and everyone else can debate thoughtfully without degenerating into a name-calling free-for-all. Now if you'd just give some of those politicians a couple of lessons...

message 116: by Sam (new)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments :) I feel like they'd get a lot more done, and we'd get our money's worth as taxpayers paying their salary if they'd quit on the kindergarten bickering and actually acted somewhere closer to their age :P
