Never Ending Story game

[Annie]

I will start the story with a sentece and in the next post someone will continue the story with another sentence and we will just keep adding on.

[Annie]

Rosalinda decided to go to the mall with her friends but when she got there all the power was out.

[Meghan]

She drove home just like anyone would, but she was stopped by a huge bear in the road!!!

[Annie]

She was a black belt in karate so she decided that instead of calling Animal control she would fight the bear!

[Meghan]

She fought the bear for hours, and then, when she thought all hope was lost the most outrageous thing happened!

[Annie]

A butterfly flew in front of the Bears nose and the bear started to chase it instead.

[Meghan]

Then, all the sudden the butterfly turned into a (lifesize) fairy, and the bear went sprinting away into the woods, scared for dear life.

[Annie]

Rosalinda was curious, and wanted to get a closer look at the fairy, but as soon as she stepped towards her, the fairy waved her wand and turned her into a Squirrel

[Cassondra]

the fairy then stated if she could get the bear to run away from her as she was right then she would be turned back into the beautiful human girl she was but that she must do this by the end of the bears hybernating season or she would be doomed to be found by her boyfriend who worked as an animal researcher but never be able to talk to him again. he would think she was just some old squirrel.

[Annie]

Rosalinda began to panic, but then she decided to make a super scary costume to scare the bear using her moms sewing machine

[Shaylee]

When her mom came home she went into the sewing room and started screaming when she saw the squirrel. luckily Rosalinda had just finished her scary costume

[Annie]

The squirrel jumped out of the window onto a nearby tree branch then set off to find the bear.

[Annie]

She made sure to grab her backpack before she left though, because she had a lot of useful tools in there

[Shaylee]

In order to find the bear rosealina needed to get you her bear trackr frome her backpack of wonders.

[Meghan]

Rosalina had tracked the bear, and started to walk up to it in her costume, but then she fell down into a ditch and her scary mask slipped off. The bear hovered over her angrily.

[Annie]

Just as she thought she was going to die, a bee buzzed in front of the bears face. Curious, and hungry for some honey, the bear followed the bee to its hive

[Meghan]

Rosalina breathed a sigh of relief and happily walked home. Later that night, a pounding on her door awoke her from her peaceful sleep.

[Cassondra]

it was her the fairy! she had come to remind rosalina that she only had a month left until the bears hibernating season ended.

[Annie]

Once again, Rosalina began to panic. She had to find that bear quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Meghan]

Over the next month, Rosalinda planned and plotted on how she would solve her problem until it hit her!

[Jace]

The honey! She could bait the bear with some honey, and mix in some glue.

[Annie]

fishing in the river! He was having no luck whatsoever so was very excited to have such an easy meal when he saw the honey.

[Annie]

so when the bear tried to steal it they stung him in self defense.

[Ishi]

The bear was hurt by the stings and hid inside a cave, plotting his revenge for the bees.

[Annie]

Thats when Rosalinda had a wonderful idea! She would dress up as a gigantic bee to frighten the bear.

[Hannah]

She finally thought that she was safe when she heard a roar.

[Annie]

Instead of the bear running from her, it turned out he was just moving backwards so he could charge her!!!!

[Michaela]

Poor Rosalinda did not know what to do.. she braced herself for her imminent death and-- wait a second, what was that thing behind the bear?

[Hannah]

It was a unicorn and the bear and the unicorn got in a fight.

[Melissa]

Although she was embarrassingly un-athletic (and that bee costume wasn't helping the situation) Rosalinda attempted to escape, and ran away as fast as she possibly could.

[Annie]

She still hadnt thought of anything, but she decided to run to her friend Brynn's house for shelter.

[Melissa]

And Brynn said "No, you can't, it's not safe!"

[Annie]

For a second Brynn looked confused but then he told her of a secret place high in the mountains where she could go to hide.

"There's no time for questions - just go!" Brynn said, as he hurried her along.

[Annie]

she ran all the way up to the top of the hill, then look bk down at him."i hope he know what to do...."

once she got up the mountain she began looking for shelter, but she couldn't find anyplace to go.

[Meghan]

Where was the hideout that Brynn had been talking about? She kept searching but there was no hideout to be found.

[Meghan]

As she started to walk back down, she stumbled and started rolling down the mountain.

[Annie]

She rolled and rolled until she fell off a cliff...

[Melissa]

She started screaming, and braced herself for certain death; but all of a sudden...

[Annie]

for a second she thought she would actually survive, until a hungry alligator started snapping at her.

[Annie]

she saw a large rock up ahead of her and she knew that if she could just make it there that she would be okay

[Melissa]

She grasped the rock as tightly as she could, as the water swirled around her.

[Annie]

She tried to pull herself up onto the rock, but her arms felt so weak and floppy that she couldn't do more than hang on for dear life.

[Melissa]

The minutes seemed to pass like hours, and Rosalinda was getting colder, and colder in the freezing water...

soon she heard the soft crunch of footsteps but the cold was getting to her and she closed her eyes.

[Melissa]

"Hel...help me." she managed to whisper, hoping that someone would hear her.

[Girlwithbooks]

That was the last thing she said before she blacked out. When she awoke....

[Melissa]

"Honey...?" Rosalinda's mom pushed her hair out of her face, a worried expression on her face.

[Melissa]

"Yes, Rosalinda, it's me." Her mom was obviously worried. "What on earth happened to you?" she asked gently. "Who did this?"

[Melissa]

Her mom's expression hardened. "But who exactly were you running from?" she pressed; and Rosalinda began to panic.

If she told the truth, her mom would think she was absolutely crazy, and she'd never get out of the hospital - or wherever she was.
