Where can I buy the eBook version. I've read the first 3 in the series, but in hardcover and paperback. I much prefer reading eBooks now but can't find anywhere I can buy it. iTunes has an eBook version, but it's only available in the US store. I live in Australia and it won't allow me to purchase it.Why do some authors/publishers restrict sales of their books to certain countries? My eBooks can be purchased anywhere on planet Earth.

Sorry you can't purchase the ebook. It's not Mr. McCammon's doing---Subterranean Press only acquired the North American ebook rights to The Providence Rider, and no other publisher has acquired the worldwide rights yet.
