May be because its already there , check book 2 in main cooper page , both the book and the link you gave are same, just different cover and different edition.
I think maybe that is the reason .

The book you linked had a comma in the author name before "Jr.". I have removed it and merged the author profiles. I also combined the book with the other editions.
