Deceased Authors

I've noticed two authors who died in 2012 need their bios updated to reflect this.

They are:

I just came across Mr Goodrick-Clarke's obituary in a journal he published in, and Mr Doss' death is noted on the dust jacket of his last book which was published just after his death.
