Please combine versions of Price of Smoking

In my author profile (Christopher Conover), there are 2 versions of The Price of Smoking that show up. The correct one has cover art and lists hardcover, paperback and e-book versions. The other entry shows no cover art and provides no "value added" that I can see. Given that the first entry already accounts for all the versions of the book available, the second "ghost" entry can be deleted as far as I'm concerned unless that would screw up bookshelves or something.

The only difference I can see is that in the correct version, someone listed Frank Sloan as editor whereas in "ghost" version, he's listed as author. Please resolve in light of this info. Thanks.

Done. Frank's name was spelt wrong on one edition. A missing dot. The four editions are all different, hardback, paperback, Kindle, misc ebook. I'll see if I can find covers.
