This is an interesting relationship. I am enjoy every bit of of their parts in the book. How do you feel about Severin? His personality? Or about Arion's thoughts regarding Severin and the possibilities. What are your hopes for them?

Rhianna (rhireading) | 16 comments I am utterly confused by them to be honest. I feel like the secondary characters are so under developed that when they finally acknowledge there's something there with them it felt anticlimactic. I would rather have seen it be a scene in another book once we had a better feel for Ari specifically. That said, I was pleased to see a m/m relationship that would be complicated but with the potential for conflict and acceptance.

I actually started reading this series so I could read their book, as I love m/m books, and while their book was good, I enjoy the energy between Micah, Sam, and Trace better. their first encounter in Fallen was ab little strange but I felt like that was to set the tone of conflict for the next book, give them somewhere to work up from. There's a lot more to Ari than we see in Fallen, so Sev definitely has his work cut out for him.

I want more information on them. I want more of their back story. I want to know more about them as individuals and also their involvement in AKM. I hope it isn't as smooth as this book relationship was. These two characters definitely have history and things to overcome. I want to be able to see that. I loved the kiss, it was sexy. I may have re-read it a couple of times. I like their personalities too.
