It seems Goodreads knows me by 2 names J.J. Toner (with no space between the J's) and J. J. Toner (With a space). This has created problems on my author page where my books have been split between the 2 names. I'd like to amalgamate them. Ideally, it would be nice if GR recognized me by my published name:
JJ Toner (with no periods and no space). Can someone help me to sort this out, please. Thanks.

You mention two issues here.

The first, that there are books under "J. J. Toner" has been fixed - I've moved those books over to your profile "J.J. Toner". GR has a script that will erase the empty author profile for J. J. Toner at some point.

Second, as to using "JJ Toner", GR's policy is that ALL author initials are followed by a ".". I haven't yet seen an exception made to this rule for anyone. Sorry.
