"Alright...true on the powers part. Who knows, I've heard of some people who's powers change. Maybe yours will too?"

"Oh really? I hadn't heard of that.."

"Not many people, but a few here and there. So who knows." She shrugged.



((I've been thinking, Victoria might switch from WTS to MFF. After all the attacks there's no way she'd ever take a job from the OTWs, and she doesn't really have an STW personality either. What do you think?))

"Well I'm not actually sure if I want my power to change.. It's handy in large battles."

"Well I know it's certainly helped the many times we've ran into trouble. Luckily I think those two at the old school are the last two I ran into."

"Very. Glad that guy just decided to leave all of a sudden. My powers weren't too helpful against another fire user."

Ryan shrugged. "You were keeping him from burning the place down."

"Was honestly more focused on staying alive than that but that too I guess."

He smiled, not saying anything, just looking at her.

Coil pointed to indicate the item of food he wanted.

Seeing what Coil wanted she got up and ordered that for him.

Ryan started eating.

She got Coil's food and gave it to him heading back over to the table eating as well.

Victoria was almost done by now. what could she say. she was hungry.

Ryan finished his, leaning back in his seat.

"It was." He smiled, then added, "We should do this more often."

"Definitely." She agreed, smiling a bit.

He smiled, glancing at Coil again, still wondering what he was doing.

Victoria didn't know what to do with the two kids. She wasn't the best person to take care of them.

Ryan looked at her, reading her expression. He shrugged, thinking the same thing.

"The Rebels have that foster care thing right?"

He winced. "Yeah, but..."

"I know what happened there....but I doubt it will be attacked again right? And they'll probably have more security now right?"

He shrugged. "I don't know, maybe?"

"We can check? I don't know what else to do."

Ryan nodded. "Yeah, we should at least try."

Coil acted in that way people do when they're not particularly interested, but - to pass the time - actually listen to every word of the conversation.

"And with my luck of running into OTWs, being with me isn't that safe either."

He grinned. "Yeah, and with both of us, double trouble."

"So see? Definitly not a good idea to keep them around me. Should we head to the rebels now?"

Coil outwardly expressed no opinions. Inwardly... Who knows?

She stood as well, throwing her trash away. "alright then let's go." She looked at Lise and Coil. "You two can finish eating on the way."
