Park
"Such a nice view." It fascinated Marcus that a place like this was still... alive. In the generation like this, everything was in cluster. But not in the park, though. Still clean and refreshing as ever. His luggage in hand and the medical bag strapped across his waist, he sat down on a vacant bench, away from the others, and recollected himself and his plans.
Leya walked in the park. She hated the beautiful likeable stuff, her family annd her used to come here all the time. "But they're dead now." She reminded herself in a whisper. She twirled one of her knives in between her fingers. She almost always cut one of her fingers when doing this, but she did it anyway. She stopped twirling the knife and stood there, stiff as a board. She looked over at Marcus.
Incoming, nudged Marcus's instincts. He perfectly heard the footsteps that came close to him and stopped abruptly. His reflexes came in. Pulling out his military knife and a test tube full of lethal chemical from his medical bag, he stood up from the bench and distanced himself from the... a girl? She was unexpectedly young and looked innocent... except for the fact that she held a knife, that is. It made her even look more of a threat. And Marcus learned that most people nowadays have those special powers. He couldn't be too careful. He gripped on his knife tightly as he stared at her with blank eyes. Immobile, yet so careful that if she ever moved an inch, Marcus will be forced to move into action as well.
Leya noticed him. She raised her knife to throw it, he looked lethal and ready to kill her, if he said something, she would move it down. She wasn't about to kill anyone, just yet. She held her black knife in a nice, poised, position. She was the youngest person in this terrible world, it didn't really mean that she wasn't ready to kill. She lowered her knife a bit, her grey/blue eyes locked on him. She smiled at him, looking innocent, and as if she would never have the gut to throw the knife. Her eyes sparkled sweetly. She lowered the knife completely. She had fast reflexes and would be able to throw it in a second or two. She tilted her head like a curious puppy.
"Hello," Marcus said in a cold manner. While his eyes were locked on the girl's, his hands were doing something else. Popping the lid of the test tube, he poured the liquid aimlessly on the floor, making it splatter. As it emptied, he yanked out another test tube and poured it again on the floor, exactly where he poured it last time. He continued the process over and over again as his eyes remained on the mysterious blonde. "What's your name? You shouldn't be out here wandering alone."
Leya noticed that move, but her eyes seemed not to. She put the knife loosely into her waistband. She pulled her second knife out, but it was smaller and could be concealed by her hand. It was next to impossible to notice the move of her whipping it out. She smiled at him, and gave a small wave sweetly. She seemed so innocent, most people would never try to hurt her, but he didn't seem good. He seemed cruel, crueler than herself. She looked around nervously and skittishly, very realistically. She smiled at him.
"Mute? Or deaf? I'm asking your name, young lady." Popping his last test tube, he slanted the glass container, yet he did not pour it whatsoever. He simply hovered it in the air, only a centimeter move for it to flow out. Without looking, he knew there was a puddle of violet chemical in front of his feet. And Marcus knew that this girl was anxious about such an action. "Let me introduce myself, then. I'm Marcus. What's yours?" He asked again.
Leya smiled sweetly. "Sorry. It's Thalia." She lied amazingly. "May I ask what your name is?" She said politely, thinking about using her power, but he wasn't a total threat yet. She noticed the test tubes. She didn't know what they were and pretended not to notice. She did a small twirl. She smiled a smile that touched her sparking eyes.
"Marcus," he repeated, louder for her to hear. He kept on hold of his slanted test tube just in case and never moved a step. Watching the girl twirl around like a normal day. The knives, Marcus. The knives. His instincts were screaming at him for preparation. Expect the unexpected. "So, Thalia. I like your name. What is a sweet girl doing in a place like this?"
"What do you mean? I'm just at the park, bringing back memories of my family." Leya said. Her knife was still concealed behind her hand.
"STW, WTS, or OTW?" Marcus suddenly asked. His eyes were glaring at her, scrutinzing every inch of her, looking for any signs of prevarication.
Leya had to lie for this one. "STW." She said.
Without hesitation, Marcus finally threw the test tube to the puddle of chemicls he created, casting a large smoke screen that blinded both him and the girl. Dashing around in a circle inside the dark fog, he came up from behind the girl and locked his arms in a choke, his knife ready for a plunge. "Don't move," he whispered, steadying her in his grip.
Leya took a deep breath. "Okay." She whispered, with a realistic scared tone to her voice. She flipped her knife in her hand so that she was holding it by the handle. She stabbed him in the leg, making him let go. She began running at top speed.
((I dunno, I think so, just a minimum))
((You can. The rule is keep it PG13))
"AAARGH!!" The searing pain jolted his whole body. He should've just quickly hit her in the head with the hilt of his knife to make her unconscious. But nooo. Marcus still held that compassion in him. He already knew the kid was dangerous. Why the pity? Reaching out for a bench in the smoke screen, he sat down, cut open his jeans, and treated his leg. God, the stab was so deep. He had to stitch it quickly before it gets infected. Fortunately, he has his medical bag with him. Never has he been unprepared for situations like these. But he can't eo it here though. Some other place. For the meantime, he grabbed a gauze cloth and wrapped it around his leg tight enough for the blood to stop. With a little bit support of the bench, he stood up and walked away, finding a place to rest.
Leya laughed and began to leave the park, needing to find somewhere to wash the blood off her knife.
Hearing the gunshot sound, Leo walked back in the park. looking to his left, he could see what appeared to be a man lying on the concrete, with a gunshot wound through the side of his head. He was still convulging and bleeding through his nose from an annurism caused by the bullet. In his hand was the gun. Leo gave a stunned look as he squinted his eyes in disbelief. He had just attempted suicide, and he was staring down at what could have been him in the entirety.

Ash sat down on a park bench, waiting for his lovely girlfriend.
"Just barely!" He laughed running over to her.
Maddie ran to him and hugged him. When she pulled back she looked into his eyes and smiled. Then she kissed him.
Ash kissed her back, wrapping his arms around her. He pulls away after a while. He smiles. "Gosh, you look amazing. I love you." He whispered, their faces close and his arms around her.
"Thanks! And I love you too." Maddie smiled. She pulled him down on the grass and laid down next to him. "This is just like the dream I had last night." She whispered, sitting up and laying her head on his shoulder.
"Exactly like my dream." He whispered his arm around her.
Ash smiled and kissed the top of her head. "Sorry about the Justin thing, I'm not always trusting, I don't usually say my name is Ash, but Ash is what my name is in these times."
Ash looked at her. "Sorry. Her voice was also blood red, I've never seen that before, I panicked." He whispered. "Well, there's still the fact that she called me moss boy." He said. He layed his chin on her head. "I'm truly sorry." He repeated.
Ash looked at her. "Feel what?"
"So much love. During the end I watched my family be murdered. Ever since all I've felt is a cold hole where my heart should be." Maddie said.
Ash looked at her. "I'm sorry." He said. "I don't remember anything before the end, I just woke up. I knew stuff like school chiz, but I didn't remember anything, not my family, not even my name."
"I think it's great, not knowing. If my family was killed, I don't have to remember. I can imagine any one as a relative, or most people at least." He shrugged.
Ash wiped away the tear. "Let's think happy." He said. "Let's not think about yesterday or the past." He held her hand. He kissed her, once more, loving the feeling of her soft lips on his.
Ash wrapped his arms around her. He was happy of another presence. Finally someone he could get close to. He loved her and that's one thing that mattered. He kissed her, more intensely, almost desperate.
Maddie started kissing him harder. She leaned into him so much that they fell over into the grass with her on top of him still kissing.
Ash smiled on her lips. He was glad she loved him so much. His arms stayed around her as they kissed, he didn't care who saw.
