I typically just pick a name that 'feels' right. Sometimes I'll change names until I finally get one that fits. Sometimes I'll just google names too so I don't keep picking the same names, which is a habit of mine. Lol.

It seems to change with every book. I like to outline, but my last few weeks refuse to follow an outline. The characters always start doing their own thing. :)

There was a moment when they were younger that he knew for sure. I haven't written the scene, but if I do a third Carter, I will for sure.

to add onto that: I don't want to give too much away in case I do write a third one.

If I think that I can't do anything more to make it better, I hit publish. Other times, I don't really think, I just hit publish. Lol. There are a few stories I haven't published just because I feel they need to be edited and almost done a complete rewrite on them.

Hoping so one day! Flying overseas is a challenge for me, for personal reasons so I haven't gotten to any in Europe or Australia, but I'm still hoping to one day.

I have no clue if everyone will like her, but I really love writing Logan's love interest in his book. This question is always hard for me to answer, because I love writing almost everyone for different reasons. Writing Sam and Mason is the easiest because I know them, but yeah, I'd have to say that Logan's lady love is my favorite right now.

Yes, it will be! I believe they're getting Broken and Screwed 2 out first and then they'll get Carter Reed 2 out after that!

Logan's book! (He's Logan Kade from the Fallen Crest Series if you're not familiar.)

Out of all the characters you've created, who was your favourite to write about and why?"
Right now it's Logan's love interest, but the Fallen Crest charcters are near and dear to me. I also really love writing Shane Chen. She's my very first character. I wrote ten books in that series, but they were so horrible to read that I retired them. I'd like to write her book again since she has never really left me.

Deep down I am, but I get bored writing girls who aren't headstrong and tough. Rayna from Brady Remington Landed Me in Jail is more shy and reserved, and that book was so hard for me to write. It took me a long time to finish it.

I love your books soooo much. However when I decided to finally read Carter Reed it wasn't available on iBooks anymore, what's up with that?"
I had it up on iBooks for almost two months (maybe a month and a half), but decided to put it into Kindle Unlimited. It'll be back in iBooks in two months, though.

Wait. Carter Reed or Carter Reed 2? If it's Carter Reed, that's back on iBooks tonight!

Mason (Fallen Crest High) was read as an extremely calculating character. He warrants his presence, and he observes everything before making any moves. Logan was a massive jerk, to put it bluntly, but they had an amazing brotherly connection. Why did you contrast them as you did? Did Samantha play a kind of ignition to either of the boys in any way?
Thanks :)

From different things. The first chapter came to me from Carter Reed when I was trying to sleep. I must've been watching something that evening, but once I had the first chapter, the rest of the book was created. Fallen Crest High came to me when I heard the song Sail by AWOLNATION. I listened to that song over and over as I outlined the book and then wrote it. I think it was just a feeling. Some books are just ideas. Like, I want to write a book where a character doesn't have a certain sense and it won't be revealed till the end to readers. Once I figure out how to do that book, I'm all for it. Lol.

I'm a screened-in porch reading kind of girl. Lol. I love love love writing on my patio, otherwise; I'm all about my office and when the office isn't doing it for me, I head to local coffee shops. Once I go somewhere else, I won't leave until I have one chapter done, at least. And I hope you enjoy whichever book you read!

To be honest, I didn't plan either of them. I got a certain feeling when I was listening to Sail by AWOLNATION and I just went with it. I didn't think. I didn't plan. I just went with my gut, if that makes sense. :) And no, Sam wasn't an ignition. Mason and Logan were and are like that anyways, but they're getting a bit more mellow the older they become. Lol.

I'm planning on Nate getting a novella sometime in the future. As for BS and Sustain, I'm planning on Elijah to get his own book next year, but that will probably be it. I won't commit to a third BS, just because I haven't 'felt' it in me to write. Alex and Jesse are happy.

Fallen Crest 5 will be published next and after that, it's between a brand new book that I still have to figure a few things out with or Logan's book (which I'm just starting now.) I'm doing the cover reveal and title reveal for Fallen Crest 5 tonight. :)

Yes, I will, but I can't promise a timeline right now! I wish I could, though. Right now I know which few books are on the immediate horizon.

I so hope you write Carter Reed 3. He's my most favourite ❤️❤️

Just preordered Carter 2 on audible! So excited xxx

So many questions to ask but i wanna know who would you want to play the following characters if your books became a movie/tv series
Sam
Mason
Logan
Alex
Jesse
Taryn
Jace
Tray

There's a lot of them! I'm working on something now with a bunch of authors, but it's mostly hush-hush right now. I'm working on one with another author right now, but I'm not when that will get done. We're both working on so many other projects. I'd love to work with Penelope Douglas, Vi Keeland, or Jay Crownover BUT I'm not on the same level as them. Lol!

Well. I had answered previously it was Logan's new lady love, but just today I decided on going with a new character for him. I'll just say Logan because he's been hilarious to write for his book so far.

I'm really bad at picking at who I want to play. I like to let the readers have their own image. You tell me who are your picks?! Lol. :)

I think a television show and that would be amazing! :)

I'll be honest. I do my own thing. I tend to write whatever I want. I don't understand the negativity or hostility and didn't realize there was until this question -- lol -- but I'll still write what I like. I also write other genres too.
