Why not? Though to be honest, I don't like doubles. If you want to be the girl its fine, I can be the guy.
Both :)
Both :)
I kind of like being the girl but I don't mind doing doubles so everyone could be what they want. It's up to you then.Hmmm, is there anything you've been interested in?
Ehhh lets not do doubles because I'm so sick of doing doubles lol. Do you mind? I'll be the guy if you want

That's fine thenHmmm what about something Egyptian then? Like a pharaoh's daughter and maybe a priest or a commoner?
Egyptian? That's cool. Yeah, he could be a church cleric.

Preaching? How on earth am I supposed to do that? *goes to YouTube*
Right! Keep forgetting!!I know in ancient Egypt a pharaoh usually had someone from the religion give advice cause they were all about the gods. Maybe he could be the one? Or be the apprentice to the person helping the pharaoh?
Apprentice would be easier to me XD
Yes, they're like, friends but nothing more. :)
If he's the apprentice of the pharaoh they should be around each other often enough to be friends so it works. Maybe because he'll be expected to be the one giving advice to whomever the next pharaoh is??Maybe we can start off with him keeping her company while the other clergy and the pharaoh are discussing something in private?
Yes that sounds good but could you start? XD I'm out of coffee and its morning here
-----Lapis paid no attention to the guards that lined up the entrance to the throne room, instead she watched the boy by the door; Alexander. "Is father busy?" She asked, although she already knew the answer. "Walk with me,"She inclined her head as they started down the hall. Once out of sight from the guards, she dropped the act of the stern princess. "What do you think of the new fashion?" She asked. The dress she wore clung to her figure and held low to show much cleavage. It was better than before, when the dresses were see through.
((Sorryyy my wi fi got messed up :( Nope no preference))
Alexander chuckled. "Fashion seems to change every few days for you ladies." He crossed his arms. He always had a fondness for Lapis, a soft spot if you will. He reminded him of someone he knew before and he smiled at the thought.

(That sucks! Is it fine now?)"Maybe. What doesn't change is this,"Lapis tapped her dark, kohl lined eyes. "These take the chamber maids forever to do and to make matters worse they smudge easily," She told him. "What's with the smile? Finally got a girl?" She teased. Lapis wasn't usually so friendly, rather she was polite and cold and often sarcastic but Alexander and herself had often found themselves together when her father and the clergy were talking. Eventually he grew on her, he was one of her closest friends. Not that many knew, it wouldn't be very proper. Her father knew but he warned her to keep their friendship private.
((sort of lol. My baby cousin tripped on the wires and got a swollen ankle :( ))
He laughed. "I'm not allowed to smile for no reason? It's a beautiful day, isn't it?" He looked out the windows. He wasn't feeling well today, but seeing her made him feel slightly better.

(Aww :( I hope he/she is okay )"You can, but I know that smile! It's not a casual smile, it's a fondness smile," Lapis retorted. "I wouldn't know,"She shot back. "I've been stuck in this palace all day. Come to think of it, most of my life,"She reminded him. She was allowed out but never to the city. At least not without a dozen guards. It was rather annoying. "What have you been up to, today?"
((I'm sorry, I didn't get that notification. >.< ))
"The usual." He said vaguely, sparing her a glance. "Maybe one day I'll take you out. To see all the places. What have you been up to?"

(It's okay :D )"What's the usual? Come on, don't hold out on me,"She pouted.
"Oh you know, the usual,"She through back at him. it wasn't fair. He was allowed out and now he wouldn't even tell her what he's been doing outside.
He shook his head. "Its not anything that would entertain you. Look at the bright side; its unbearably hot outside so you could sit here and cool down." He joked.
"I would still like to know,"She grumbled. "I always have to be in here. You would geo sick of it if it was you and not me,"She responded with a sigh.
"Well, there's not much interesting things out there." He offered, trying to make her feel better. "It's all very dull and boring, it'll just exhaust you."
She flicked her hand at him,"When I marry and my husband becomes the pharaoh I will not need any permission from anyone but him to go out and do as I please. Then you'll be sorry you didn't take me because I'm loads of fun."
He laughed. "Yes, I'm sure you are an absloute delight." His voice was full of sarcasm. "I express the utmost sympathy for your future husband."
