We have a 3 way tie! How fast do you read? (Topic CLOSED)

We have a three way tie for our 2nd February book. Here is what we are thinking. If you are anything like us, and chances are good that you are, you read multiple books per week, not just one. If we do 2 books the 2nd half of February, how likely would you be to participate in both book discussions? Then, we would do the 3rd book the first half of March.

The books are:
Sweet Gum Tree
Wounded
One Week Girlfriend

I'm totally engrossed in The Bronze Horseman trilogy and i won't read anything else until I can get my mind off it. The Sweet Gum Tree was SUCH a great read!!! Really loved it! Enjoy!!

I swear I am going to read TBH one day soon. I started it a few years ago and got bored. But, my closet book allies tell me to push on, so I will.

The first 200-250 pages are a struggle-lots of wordy setup- then everything clicks into place and you'll let your eyes start bleeding before you put it down!! You have to push through it because it is so so good and hits every emotion you have.

So, like Outlander. After the first couple hundred pages in that series, I became obsessed. ;)

It is like Outlander...and I was obsessed too, but after the 5th book I just had to give it up.

I just finished The Sweet Gum Tree last night. It was an okay book. The Bronze Horseman, I finished last week and I LOVED it...it was just a really long read. I'm very interested in Wounded..it's on my tbr list. I'm not familiar with One Week Girlfriend but I'm gonna look into it.

We've been discussing doing SGT & OWG the next two weeks. Possibly Wounded or True Love Story 1st part of March. We will do both if doing two the next two weeks works. Reckless Abandon 2nd half of March. Getting ready to post in a minute.
