Reporting abuse of librarian status

How do I report a librarian who is abusing their privileges??

An author has just asked me to remove someone who she believes to be a librarian who added themselves as the illustrator of her book when she isn't and without the authors permission.

Flag the librarian edit on the book and give an explanation.
